I found a piece of blue PLASTIC IN MY SANDWICH!
I'm usually a bit annoyed when I need to open my sandwich to adjust the haphazard distribution of ingredients. However, on this occasion, I was filled with gratitude that all the meat was located only on one half of the bun bc it caused me to remove the top bun before taking a bite. Upon which, I immediately noticed a bright blue strip of plastic covered in peppercorn ranch, pretending to be shredded lettuce. Having made this discovery, I was then able to have a choice about whether or not to ingest it. I chose not to.
I'm starting to think this restaurant hates me. We order food from this Arby's every month or so for our family & the last three times our order was short a sandwich. The funny part is, it's always the sandwich I order! Its my fault though, you think I would learn to check the order before we drive off. Not me, so now I'm sitting here watching everyone else enjoy their tasty food. It could be worse though, at least I got my drink & fries.
I will always love Arby's. The location of the drive thru is kind of stressful with how fast cars like to travel down the road upon turning into the area. But overall customer service is good and so is the food.
Friendly and fast customer service also the food taste great ,compliments to the cooks and the restaurant always looks nice and clean. Best Gyros in town too.
Must visit. There is more on their menu than what you think. Customer Service has got way better. Quality n quantity are great. GOOD JOB !
Love this place. All employees, including management, are always pleasant & the food (including fries) is cooked perfectly.
ARBY'S needs to update/refresh their "takeout Ranch Dressing" They deminish their level of great quality by using some really "CHEAP" Ranch Dressing! Come on ARBY... you can do much, much better!
I ordered a normal roast beef sandwich and received one covered with an unexpected bbq-type sauce and liquid cheese. I'm not very picky but it wasn't good.
