Did a drive through order. Told the lady if the fries had been sitting a bit to please make fresh crinkle fries but if they thought they were good we would trust there judgement and take them the way they are. They had us pull forward for fresh.... the coke was on point, we also ordered tenders, apple pie and a double burger everything was was hot fresh and put together well. Server was friendly also. Best experience we've had at Arbys in a long while
This location was under construction and only open for drive-through. I completed my order, and during the read back, they had it wrong. I got it corrected with them and pulled up to the pick-up window.
I was handed two bags that seemed light for our $45.00 order, and on checking, found that we were handed the wrong meals.
We gave those bags back and reconfirmed our order, finally receiving the correct products.
The order still wasn't exactly correct as one beverage was the wrong size, but we weren't going to ask for the large instead of the medium they gave us after the already extended delivery time.
The food was hot and good, typical Arby's fare.

EXCEPT for building /owner issues. 1 star ⭐ When customers use the restroom..Where are we supposed to hang our coat and purse ? My choices were FLOOR. WET SINK or BABY CHANGING TABLE . meant for dirty pee or poo bottoms. Please install coat hooks !!!!! this site is in front of Menards

I understand that a restaurant can be busy but to have a guest.Come in and wait for 2 minutes at the counter with zero acknowledgement is totally unacceptable! There was extremely rude and informed me how busy they were,, And that it was rude for me to after 2 minutes to Raise my voice a little bit and ask for some attention was rude. She was making excuses and very rude. Told me she had a $70 order at the drive through. That's not my problem when I see another employee.Walking aimlessly around in the back.Want to other guys are cooking. Do better
Great place to grab lunch. My one and only complaint is that I ordrered a lemonade and got a cup of ice. I took two sips and all the liquid was gone. Just a cup of ice filled to the lid.
Samuel deliberately antagonizes customers. I had to repeat my order 3x and still got it wrong. Then made me out the bad guy? Passive aggressive staff needs to go. Threw out my food because I didn't trust it.
This attempt today to get a nice warm Arby's Sandwiches, Fries and Drinks for lunch was a disaster! A Young Lady, Shayla took our order in the drive thru then after we paid she asked us to pull up past the drive thru window a bit to wait our food at around 1240pm. My Boyfriend went into Arby's at 118pm asking for our food and he was told by Shanelli the employees thought we had left never coming outside to see if our car was outside or not. She gave my boyfriend food which our sandwich wrappers had been cold, wrapped then unwrapped and flattened with about six cold fries in each with a white color to them not crispy brown. So, I brought back in our food and got a full refund. Carmella was the Employee who handled my refund and offered my cold mashed food back to me as they were going to throw it out but I wanted a warm meal so of course I declined. Sadly, while I had waited in line to return food, I noticed four ordered placed ahead of me. Three white folks and one black man who was second in line. Sadly, this location had all black employees and oddly enough, the black man got his food before white man ahead of him. It's like discrimination because my boyfriend and I are white going to an eating establishment with all black employees who treated my boyfriend and I like we had leprosy. So sad. Reverse discrimination at its finest. If this is what Arby's stands for then we will not ever dine at any Arby's facility nationwide as well as let our family and friends know about this horrible experience at Arby's on W Main St. , Kalamazoo, Michigan. Good luck to anyone who is looking for a quick, nice, hot meal with great customer service, THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE AN OPTION TO CONSIDER EVER!!
