We got some roast beef samiches with dipping sauce. The samiches were hit and fresh. Delicious. But the dipping sauce was colored water. It was simply gross. Nobody ate it. We threw it out. We had to wait for the sauce to be made. Again, gross. ???? They should have told us the dipping sauce wasn't ready instead of serving colored water. No, I didn't complain because we drove off & was home before we noticed. Just look at it before leaving.
Ridiculously awful experience. Went through the drive thru because I got off work super late. All I ordered was a #2. The guy in the green hoodie Dec. 17th 7:30. Took my payment, handed me food and left the window. I sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting for him to come back to give me my drink. No one came to the window the entire time I sat there. So I drove back around to tell the person on the speaker. Sat there for at least another 5 minutes. Of course it’s the same guy that finally answered. He was completely unprofessional and I had no clue what he was saying. I finally drove around and got my drink the whole process too way too long and made for a really bad experience.
Pulled into the drive thru at 10:38pm. I under stand they close at 11. I just want a Beef and Cheddar. As I pull in, I see a vehicle at the window and another behind it. I’m thinking… great, I’ll be able to get some hot food! As I pull up to the menu board, an automated message comes up to tell me they’re currently closed. I literally watched the last car pull around the building so I know they just ordered. The service industry truly lacks service anymore. The signs say you close at 11!
The food isn't the issue. Someone needs to invest in the health conditions. This place has an A food rating but the lobby has moldy tiles and peeling wallpaper with mold underneath.
Not bad for fast food. They keep adding more items to their menu, and like all the other fast food places, prices are going thru the roof. Not the best option to begin with but now they're pricing themselves out of many households
.... No Arby's sauce? Seriously, that was like going to the gas station and them not having gas. But, the cashier explained and made light of the situation and even offered sauce suggestions as replacement!
Every time I visit this restaurant the food is always good hot,fresh,delicious.. Customer service is amazing always positive energy and I do not know who the cooks are but they need a raise asap
Stopped here after a day at the beach. All of our orders were fresh hot and correct. The Arby's staff was very courteous and helpful when placing our order. The food was delicious as always. From the various Arby's locations in different states that I visited, the great quality taste of an Arby's sandwich has remained, if there ever is a problem with any Arby's that I purchase a sandwich from, that is usually just the staff at that particular Arby's location. The staff at this Arby's location is very helpful and courteous.
