we were here on oct. 20 and food was very good, lady at the register super nice…. buy my goodness…. a younger guy that works here ( tan kid and black hair), was on dining room side of the counter and he was yelling and laughing and playing the drums on the countertop and being so obnoxious we almost left. He was getting buckets of ice from another kid over the counter and hed DUMP them in as hard and loudly as he possibly could… and, he set them on the floor until sending them back over the counter to get refilled. ( gross) 10 buckets in total and he never poured one… he slammed em in with us standing right there then he kept beating on the counters and yelling and making bird noises… the dining room is for people to come relax and eat and he clearly does not understand that…????????♂️
When you drive through, order up, get cold fries, find out your order wasn't large sized, it's hard to give a good score. This the reason I hardly ever eat out anymore, besides the cost!!!
Have always loved Arby's, and always will love them. I just wish they'd bring back the onion peddles and open a restaurant in Columbia KY. Tired of driving 30 miles to go to Arbys.
We went to arbys to order for 3 people a crispy chiken sandwich a roast beef slider and chiken strips. First they took 35 minutes to even get the person in front of us food. Then we finally made it up there and they give us a water which we did not order we ordered dr pepper,coke,and root beer. The worker was kind about giving us the correct drink. We were in a hurry so when we looked into the food bag to see the wrong order. We were very ubset because we waited a long time and didnt even get what we wanted.
It's an Arby's. Not much more to say. They were out of little cups for ketchup, but they had packets. No harm, no foul.
I will FOREVER be mad that they no longer serve hot ham & cheese sandwiches! Arby’s LIES! They in fact, do NOT have the meat! I LOVED the hot & cheese sandwiches!!!
Dining room was clean, friendly faces and fast service even when very busy at dinner time. I believe her name Is Shekeena? Give her a raise.
Dirtest Arbys I've ever been to..
For the New Burger from this one and it was god awful...dry and taste like it was microwaved
