The worse food ever. The roast beef was worse than beef jerky, the fries were cold, the chicken was pink inside and hard as a rock. I will never eat from this location again.
Went here to honor my dad to show my sister it and it was great. First Arby's to not have wax coated floors where you slip, the place is clean and people were so kind.
And I don't have top teeth so ordered a wrap, like I have before only it was hard. So I took it up and the asst manager lacy was prompt, remade it and brought it to me.
Lovely people here and for fast food you can expect it to not be greasy, even the fries don't coat your fingers with grease.
Also correct pronoun use for me (ftm) and my partner (mtf), so great choice for quick snack.
I got the Good Burger. It was still pink on the inside. I’m highly upset because I saw this after taking a couple of bites. I BETTER NOT GET SICK!!! I tried to call twice regarding this unfortunate incident and guess what….the phone rang forever and NO ANSWER. I will be reaching out to corporate.
Sadly, this experience was terrible. There are several employees standing around on their phones while a literal bag of garbage just sits on the dining room floor. Everyone we've dealt with makes it clear that they do not want to be here. There's stuff splattered on the windows, which I probably wouldn't have notices if it didn't take 15 minutes to get my food! The food was also subpar. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Love an Arby's roast beef. 3 out of 5 Stars because …The food here is good but they give you 1/2 on the sandwich as other Arby’s, I have visited. Service was good. Come on Arby’s let go of some of that roast beef.
Wow! Very clean restaurant, probably one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've been in for a long time. The staff was really friendly and kind, you could even hear them occasionally joking with each other, which was fun to see them enjoying work. The food was delicious and warm! We will be back next time we are in the area.
This restaurant is very clean and cognizant of the pandemic. The food was delicious and the manager is friendly and helpful. We had no concerns about dining inside.
Ordered delivery today around 5-5:15, as I always do since my daughter loves the roast beef and you all have the fish sandwiches back. The food is usually hot and very good even when I order delivery. Today my fries and sandwiches were just horrible,. We couldn't eat the fries,you could tell they were old and my fish was definitely not fresh, my daughter had the roast beef which is always good.. I spent almost $40. Why serve something to someone you wouldn't eat. Whomever worked yesterday and packed my Order really didn't care and normally the service and food at this location is always on point.
