We went and had dinner inside the store. When my daughter and I began to eat she noticed her chicken sandwich was completely raw on the inside. When I asked the manager for my money back he got very rude and told me he can’t give money back. Asked if I wanted another chicken sandwich to make up for it. Well no thank you. I would give zero stars if I could. This store is ran by young kids and one of the cooks has a long beard with no facial covering to keep hair out of food.
Stopped by Arby’s drive-thru during a heavy rainstorm, and while the food quality was great, the experience had a few hiccups. The overhead cover above the speaker box didn’t provide enough protection from the rain, which made ordering uncomfortable. I was asked to wait before giving my order, which I didn’t mind at first, especially with the updated menu options, but the delay ended up lasting several minutes. By the time I pulled forward, there were no other cars in front of me, which made me wonder if they could benefit from some extra training to handle multiple orders more efficiently.
On a positive note, the food came out quickly, was hot and crispy, and hit the spot. While the fries portion could have been a bit more generous, overall, it was a solid experience.
The service was great and the food was good. My wife and I got a couple double roast beef and cheddars. The sandwiches definitely had the meat. This is the best Arby's experience that I've had in while. If the service and food stay this way I will definitely be returning more often.
Arby's has some of the most underrated food. Everything on their menu is worth ordering. The employees here are always friendly and a sign that management is doing things right.
Does Arby’s not add Red ranch anymore?
Makes for a dry sandwich when there’s no sauce and cheese is really limited.

Good grief! The numerous bad 1 star reviews this store has. Ranging from the service to how customers get talked & treated to how bad the food is to how the food quality has been going down hill. The boss(s) need to have a get together with the employees and figure out what's going on at this store. Arby's is one of my all time favorite fast food stores. And I would hate to see it end up an empty deserted building with a For Sale sign in the windows.
This place is a joke. I placed an online order. Got there with no car in line. Before I told her my order, the cashier told me that that would be a 40 minutes wait. What kind of service is this! This a fastfood place not a restaurant. There were literally four people inside the store. This is sad! Will never go here again.
Also, you can't canceled your order. You have to call them and beg to be canceled. Avoid this PLACE!!!
Did the drive through so did not see the place, but they were friendly and food was good. However they were "out of Arby's sauce" and I think Arby's is overpriced. That is why they only got 3 stars
