Ordered this and my son didn’t see it was tan cause we was in a dark room.
It would be nice if a restaurant located in a downtown area had the dining room open for people who aren't lazy enough to need a vehicle to get down the street.
The drive through was open, so clearly there were at least two people working the restaurant.
I went ahead and filled out the form. I hope to at least get an emailed response back, but I'd love to see action taken.
Wasn't exactly happy about my take out breakfast experience. They were out of sausage, so I had to have bacon on my wrap. I had to pull up and wait for fresh potato cakes, which I didn't mind, but the bag and all of the napkins were covered in grease or something when I got it. Potato cakes were great. The wrap was edible, but not very good, imo.
Horrible, slow service , I went inside and saw the lady making my sandwich with her bare hands and she caught an attitude. I will never eat here again. I spent 24$ I'm still pissed. I should of gotten my money back.
Again..burnt food bad service and manager said she thought they served good potato..2 came in box..2 without! Again why try going there! Its managed by a half wit who doesnt know it's own food or staff! I call that Donald trumps family! Cant get anything for paying customers right!!
Order plain BUFFALO Chicken sliders and then gave me plain sliders. Just plain chicken. Also order French DIP and Swiss. I received no Au Jus. I called to try and fix the problem and received no answer. The food I did receive was pretty good. Just wish it was right. Waited for very long time top. Nothing new with this specific Arby's
Went here 09/23 at 5:45 pm. No one at counter for 5 mins. Some training going on which took ALL priority. Food fresh but took 10mins to get. Homeless guy in lobby stealing drinks. He was told not to but not booted. When again manager disappeared he continued to loiter and steal. Worst unprofessional service at Arby's ever.
I ordered a Rueben this is how much meat I had in my sandwich. There was no cheese and sour kraut at all French fries were cold and we waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Do not waste your money on this place. It’s terrible
