I think this might be the only fast food place in the city that has workers with basic customer service skills. I don’t even care for Arby’s food, never have, but I went here once and the service was so pleasant that I keep coming back and it’s the same every time. Management has done a wonderful job hiring/training people. It’s the little things that make such a difference. Eye contact, and greeting and a “have a good day”. You go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s around the city and the workers never smile, they don’t even say hi or have a good day, they stick their arm out of the window with your bag and only ever glance over in your direction if you take more than 2 seconds to grab it. Shameful. Shoutout to this Arby’s, they’re setting a great example.
I enjoyed their curly fries and burger as well as the shake.
Made a last minute stop at this Arby's since we were in the area. We couldn't even walk in the door before we got greeted. We were so caught off guard but in a good way. We decided to order the 2 for 5 chicken wrap combo and those were pretty good as well. A little on the crunchy side but still pretty good, maybe a little more tender or soft as a recommendation, but still very good. The management was very nice and the staff too and the service was the fastest it could be I believe. Definitely worth the trip
The staff here is beyond rude, I wanted to try the bourbon barbecue chicken sandwich it was over cooked, it was hard enough to break metal. Snapped my tooth, I had a hard time breaking it with my hand. How do you allow something like that to go out to the public is wild I’ve worked food service I would never serve anyone this where is the quality control do they even have managers here? Beyond irritated this use to be my go to spot now everytime I give it a chance I regret it.
Not sure what happened to the chicken tenders but a $12 meal should have tenders and not a nugget or piece the size of my pinky.
I really liked the burger.

Besides, fries were good too. I was nice that there are several types of fries:) Curly fries ????
This place should honestly be ashamed to serve the food it serves. Twice I've been there and twice I was disappointed. The last time I went there I got a breakfast sandwich and it legitimately almost made me sick. It was cold throughout and wasn't fresh in the least. The picture attached to my review should speak volumes. A very unfortunate food experience.
Ordered 2 honey mustard wrap. They were cold, shells were hard and the cheese slices were either half eaten or they were trying to save food costs and split the cheese slice between the 2 wraps. Very poor quality for Arby's.
