Dec. 7 '24--All sandwiches ordered were very cold. Jalapeños Bites were not cooked thru and cold. Restroom disgusting, waste on floor and brown & white paper over the floors. Glass on entry doors and windows filthy ! Tables & chairs nasty. I've been to Arby's all over the USA. Emailed Manager he didn't care less. NEVER use Manitowoc Arby's again. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant.

Tyler was extremely friendly and courteous. My Curly fries and regular roast beef sandwiches, came out extremely fresh, Hot, and I was given the perfect amount of sauce (s). My two Large Jamocha shakes were delicious as well! What a treat after an hour drive to visit your mother! My mother Even commented on how hot her curly fries were and her regular roast beef sandwich after a 10 minute drive to her. She enjoyed her jamocha shake as well! Thank you for everything Tyler!! Cuddles to you!
I ordered my meal through the app. Upon going there to pick it up.. nobody answered, or said anything at the speaker. I sat there for at least 10-15 mins. So I left. Upon putting in my refund for it to be approved.. it was denied! I was told that workers were there. They made the food, and nobody showed up, so they tossed it into garbage. According to the cameras. Which doesn't make sense to me. I REALLY wanted my food. I NEVER had an issue with this location, or food chain. I didn't get my food, and I wanted a refund that I didn't get. Upon putting in a request it was denied. This is totally unfair. Arby's is the only fast food place that coincide with my diet. I was looking forward to my meal, my son was too since he wanted the new burger. It's not like I was asking for free food, or coupons. Just my money back for the food I NEVER RECIEVED!!! Therefore Upon being denied, I'm getting ahold of the Better Buisness Bureau, and letting them know the kind of business they, are running, and how they treat the customers. I've said all of this before, and my story NEVER changed. Now there district manager is ignoring me. It's about time I start sticking up for myself! I'M NEVER GOING TO ANY ARBY'S AFTER THIS!! Corporate greed!
We order 1 Ruben, 2 large regular fries, 1 large Chocolate shake 1 cream orange shake. Got the orange one but they said that the machine broke and couldn't get chocolate shake. So got a soda . Then got order and got curly fries not regular fries, so had to go in again and get a large regular fries. Don't go to this place . Can't get what you want and still they mess up the order. And they want pay raises
I got the chicken wrap. It was disgusting. The sauce was smeared all over the outside of the wrap, making it impossible to eat. Very disappointing
Decided on roast beef and Arby's always comes to mind. Surprise they offer my favorite crinkle cut fries.
I am a big fan of the BBQ chicken wraps. The service was very good.
Waited in the drive thru 32 minutes then they had my wrong order.
