Seriously....I ordered a large fries. The first one came out. When I asked if that's what I paid for in a large, she had me pull around and wait for a large fry that was more empty than the first! So disappointed is your level of service from the kitchen. I order lunch here when I'm at work and don't have a lot of time. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bag when I thought you were making a correction. Too bad because the lady at the window is great.
First of all, I would initially like to point out that all of the employees were very friendly, helpful, and caring.
Food wise, we initially had basic issues with both sandwiches that were ordered, but these concerns were quickly, professionally resolved.

The following comment is an aside about Arby's in general as a corporation & restaurant...
I was very grateful to find out that Arby's is currently serving their potato wedges/ triangles/cakes. Shockingly, this is a limited time offer. I'm totally stunned by the fact that Arby's doesn't have potato cakes all the time now. ???????????? The potato cakes are part of what makes Arby's uniquely Arby's. If I came in to eat, and there were no potato cakes, I would turn around and leave.
I paid for my food which was good yet , the employees are rude , then they said the bathroom was closed , yet they let a white woman used the bathroom and told me i couldn’t, don’t eat here at all if your person of color . I have never been racially profiled like that before . I’m gone make sure I tell everybody how I was treated. THEY WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL, i eat 5 chicken sliders of course i have to use the bathroom yet they told me i could not .
Received cold fries, the server at the window was rushing and to top it off my supposedly lemonade was actually water…
Went through the drive thru. Workers asked me to pull around to wait on food. There is a massive pothole you can not avoid. Pulled around no problem. They didnt give me sauce . Non problem again I can walk in. Good thing I already had my food and didnt go in to order because I would NOT have eaten there. The place was absolutely disgusting!! The floors have NOT been cleaned properly in some time Id say and it smelled like cockroaches!! Yes over abundance of cockroaches have a smell!! Needless to say 26 dollars in food went into the trash. And the pic is of my chciken sandwhich!!! Fricken disgusting!!! 9 dollar sandwhich.. Completely burnt...
Food was great service was awesome and workers very friendly. Good place to dine in or carry out! Will definitely eat here again!!
It’s Arby’s… but consistent food. Service is either fantastic or meh. No in between. But decent place to drive through. They close early on weekends!
Great prices for meal deals. The only problem I had is if you order it, Uber eats or something like that it's never really fresh by the time it gets to you. The sandwich was barely warm, and the fries were horrible. I say it's probably better quality food if you dine in. The sandwich barely had sauce on it, and you could tell it was just slapped together. Also, I feel like if you don't tip good, it takes alot longer to receive your order. So you're looking at spending $20.00 plus tip for Luke warm food. The order was correct and we had no problems except the warmness of the food.
