Best WLM Reviews
The manager that arrived roughly 3 years ago(as of 2024) changed everything about the Arby's experience at this location. Previous to his arrival, this location was less than mediocre. It seems like every time I go there now the good service bell gets rung. The floor is clean, not sticky. The tables are wiped down, looks like they even used a clean rag to do it unlike my closer location. The soda area is always stocked and tidy. The kitchen appears clean. The crew deserves some praise as well, for they are always welcoming and respectful. This is my favorite location by far, and I drive an extra 15 minutes passing another Arby's on the way.
Tonight my kids and I stopped to get me some dinner after a long and trying 15 hr day and after they had their dinner. The chip on my card wouldn't work. The manager on duty (11-26-24) was so generous and caring. He GAVE me my food, wished me well and happy Thanksgiving. He blessed me tonight. I cried. Sir, you have no idea how ur kindness effected me today. May God bless you. Thank U so much. You don't even know.
The manager forgot his name was amazing. Working the kitchen and serving customers was very professional.. I really enjoyed coming here for lunch, I had the 2 chicken sandwiches special they were perfectly put together!! Will start stopping by whenever I'm in the area as I am frequently. Until next time, God Bless you all for your
If I could give a complete zero I would. We came through the drive thru while traveling. We waited forever to place our order. Then after placing order we waited for the order to be confirmed and be given a total. After saying hello sever time the man taking our.order was rude and argued that he gave us our total already . Once we got to the window I asked if he was the manager and he said yes he was. So , myself being a gm and having been in the restaurant business 37 years, I stated the correct response would have been " i do apologize your total is $31.39 please pull around and thank you." To which he slammed the window shut in our face . Not very professional.
I always get 2 Greek gyros, a large fry, and the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The line is ALWAYS SO SLOW. They feel as if someone is at the window, they can’t take another order. They wait til the window clears even if it’s just one car and then proceed. That’s not even my point though I sat in line for 15 minutes to receive my order to have Luke warm fry’s, gyros with NO Lettuce??? And my sandwich being $7 had no meat. I could’ve been more full and spent less money by going to subway. They did offer to remake my food but I wasn’t driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant. It’s okay to have bad days but the bad days seem to be everyday with you guys.
Yo. I live brisket. Check my reviews. I get brisket all around the country and try it. I love Arby’s smoke house brisket. It melts in your mouth. The smoke lingers in the fat. The sauce is great but the distribution is never solid. Always one side or the other. Never the less you will not be disappointed y this sandwich. Broski, it hangs with chain smoke houses. Maybe not the homemade local spots though. They have that real work.
This was a great stop for us. Jalapeno poppers and husband's favorite, creamsicle shake. The staff was nice and the bathrooms were clean. Nice kids working. Only downfall was another patron. Nasty local younger person. Driving up on people and acting rude to everyone. I guess there's always one in a crowd.
Plus we saw the Amish man with the horse. Two times we saw him on this street. At the gas station too, parked. Cool to see.
I would give it zero stars if I could. I asked for two Buffalo chicken sliders and a number 15. When I said number 15 I sat quietly waiting for them to ask small or large and what drink. When they didn’t, I asked if they were still there and she replied very snootily and said *ugh* “I’m waiting on you to finish” and I said oh, ok , I guess I’d like a small sprite with that. I would also like a number 16, and waited for her again to ask size and drink, and when she didn’t, I said never mind, I just want the sandwich for number 16, and I’ll take a large mozzarella stick. She told me total and told me to pull forward. I sat there two minutes before anyone even greeted me at the window. Finally they took my payment and gave me my order. I pull off and check, and there’s no fries. I called to tell them and they told me it was because you don’t get fries when you order a two for six. I explained I didn’t order a two for six, and I wanted a number 15. Then they told me I should have told them I wanted fries and that a number 15 is only a sandwich, but they would go ahead and give me fries, which they brought out to the car. Then my family went to eat before we went shopping at the outlet mall, and found our cheese sticks were over cooked because all the cheese was cooked out. So. Between the rude service and poor quality food (no cheese in the mozzarella sticks, mozzarella were Saturday with oil, fries were hard and cold, roast beef was dry, and buns were stale) I would give this Arby’s location a zero star if possible.
