First of all I rarely give 5 stars across the board. But this Arby's restaurant deserved it. I came here after taking a 30 minute break from door dashing. It was Sunday night at around 9:30 pm and the store was as clean as I've ever seen a restaurant. The service was on point as was the food. 5 stars all-day and yes I would highly recommend eating here. I'll be returning when I'm in the area.
Just left the store before we were done eating. My husbands order was wrong and he stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while all the staff, except the dishwasher, stood outside for a staff meeting. When they finally came inside the cashier got an attitude with me when I asked for help because it was a staff meeting OUTSIDE. Someone was smoking because they blew out smoke before coming in the back door. Apparently when there is a staff meeting, excluding the dishwasher, they are held OUTSIDE.
We like Arby's sliders with Arby's sauce and horsey sauce The curly fries are. good also
We ordered 2 of the new Bacon cheese burgers, and that was it. They cost over $17 for the 2 of them, nothing else. Then we we unwrapped the burgers neither one of them had bacon. I drove back through the drive thru and told the girl and gave her the burgers back. She asked if we wanted new burgers or just put some bacon on the original ones ???? l asked for fresh burgers but they gave us back the original cold burgers anyway. I could have had a decent burger and fries at a sit down restaurant for a little more money and less hassle. Never again. The burgers are good but nothing special.
I love to go and eat there so far I've had no problems with anything or anyone.
Showed up at 1010 am. They said my meal is gonna take forever because I'm the first order of the day.. like why ?? I'm not here right when they opened?? The fast food business is a joke .. over paid incompetent people.. sad what it has come too..
The fish sandwich was exceptional especially for a fast food restaurant.
Absolutely the best fish I've ever had at a fast food place! The employees were exceptionally nice. I don't expect super fast service because I don't want cold food, but service was fast as far as compared to other fastfood restaurants and our food was hot! ????????
Prices keep going up and up. Very little value for the money. Our sandwiches had very little meat and hardly any cheese sauce on it.
