Lunch on Friday, after the rush. Have to say, the beef are cheddars were pretty good. Folks behind the counter were friendly. Dining room was in need of some attention, though. Condiments were also a mess and there was no ketchup in the pump.
All in all, pretty good.
Place was clean. Food was very good and well made. Staff was awesome. Guy at front counter was super nice and helpful. Guy taking a break outside smiled and said hello while I was seated. The lady bagging orders sat down as I left to ring the bell and she was super happy and excited. Great day with this staff. Oh did I mention I had issues placing my order on the app to take advantage of the $3 off 10 promo and the guy up front was able to help me with the promo so I could place my online order or he would take it. My only qualm is that my online order ended up cheaper than placing order in store with the promo discount.
Mya is awesome! She greeted me as I walked in and was super sweet through my order process!
The food at Arby's was fantastic flavorful and well prepared. However, the service was slow and the waiter was a bit rude, which affected the overall experience. Great food, but the service could use some improvement.
Friendliest, most pleasant drive through experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant—ever. Well done Arby’s. Thanks for going above and beyond and putting such a great customer service representative in the drive thru window.

I believe Craig was the server he was very nice and polite. They were out of roast beef which I've never had happen at an Arby's and have never bought anything else from them. I tried the chicken sandwich which he recommended. It was okay but def not as good as the roast beef.
Horrible! I was served raw chicken, which unfortunately didn't realize until half was eaten. When we called the store, they said "thanks for letting us know," and if we "brought back the receipt, they would refund us." I was too busy throwing up to be able to drive back and get my refund. Would never go there again!! Check your food before eating it!!!
