I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich and asked if I could switch, I accidentally ordered a roast beef with cheddar and didn't want the cheddar I said a number 1 instead of number 2. When I got to the window to pay I asked to switch and she legit scoffed and said THE WHOLE ORDER IS WRONG! when it was just 1 sandwich of the 5 items I got. When I went inside to request a refund because I didn't trust that my food had not been mishandled at this point. I was PROMPTLY screamed at by a guy that may or may not have been the manager. Just rude... like sorry I made a mistake on one part of my order and you responded so poorly... like an entire Arby's ganging up on me for being upset about how my mistake was handled.
The new brisket sandwich with crinkle fries is delicious. know where you get brisket shaved so finely. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. SMOKE HOUSE BRISKET DELICIOUS.
They set out to make a sandwich with layers of smoke flavor, & this is the result. There brisket is smoked for 13 hours in a pit smoker in Texas. They top that finally shaved smoked beef with smoked gouda, crispy onions, mayo and BBQ sauce & serve it on an artisan-style roll.
Worst location ever! Ordered food, no curly fries, no shakes! Ordered arbys, ketchup and horsey sauce. Pay for order they hand us food and then tell us they don’t have sauce! Waste of our money as no one eats it without sauces! Will not go back. Also our sandwiches were beyond messy and no napkins given after we asked twice and told they were in the bag. Hardly No cheese on our chicken slider if u even call it that! Thankfully I had a plate in the car due to traveling so my daughter could try to eat some of her food with no sauces as we don’t eat red ranch.
Whoever was working Sunday November 10th night shift... Very big cry baby. For being a man that attitude was very girl like. Had to give him the G3’s nah n drive off cause I ain’t getting my food spat in ???????? being mad because you have to wait for fryer food to be done is literally ridiculous..
Stopped in Wednesday night at about 9:00 pm on our way to Maumee Bay campground.
The gentleman behind the counter was cool. He was having a good day. Funny.
Food was hot. Beef and cheddar. Fries were hot and crispy. We are and enjoyed ! !
Great portions, fast turnaround (ordered online). Interior very clean and new. Fresh bushes outside, nice ambiance in general. Great stop after getting gas.
Definitely one of the better arbys locations as far as quality and speed. Drive through was quick and order was made correctly. The facility was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and quick to help.
Trash. My pop was flat, no cheese sauce or red ranch on my roast beef meal, curly fries were super soggy. Never again
