Best WLM Reviews
Have not eaten at Arby's in years. Went there last night and had placed my order online to save time. 30 minutes wait time to get 2 sandwiches. What a disappointment! Took a couple bites and ended up spitting it out. Sloppy icky cold mess. Should have known because what few customers that in there were all complaining as well. NEVER AGAIN! Barf
Ordered food with a request due to an allergy. Slip on food was correct, but did still contained the ingredient in was allergic to. And this was after waiting in line quite a while. Will not return.
Juice is no longer worth the squeeze. Far too expensive for the amount and quality. Falling into the same trap as all other fast food wanting to be lux. Tasty, but not THAT tasty.
Terrific service at the counter. Super friendly. You rarely get that nowadays and we certainly appreciate the effort. Food was great as always.
Everything inside was clean and accessible. Food was quick and accurate. The Parking lot however... Was a goat rodeo du jour. Peak times may prevent you from leaving quickly afterwards.
*10am 7/27/22* Slow service. Worker said he was the only person there working. Clearly saw 3 others sitting around. Ordered #5 meal didn't even get the chicken that came with the sandwich. Sandwich was completely cold. They "don't have the meats"
Went through the drive through - very professional ???????? ????????
I will never get over the elimination of the banana split shake and the onion turkey Hawaiian sandwich they used to have this was my college meal years ago and they eliminated it!! ???? this part is not about the particular Arby's this is to the corporation.
The The Arby's in Eagan MN has been terrible for years - continuing the national trend of surrounding progressively worse meats in sauce (for Arby's) and lettuce and other stuff for burger joints.
The Eagan Arby's is the worst of any I've been to - and since I have been a Roast Beef lover for may years - this is a big disappointment. (Remember when the Roast Beef hung in a roaster in the middle of the dining area?)
They slice their beef way too thick and it's usually very greasy and barely warm. (For a few years, Arby's beef has been getting worse, with a heavy - greasy taste nationwide.) I guess I could gussy it up with delicious Arby's Sauce but I usually only use the sauce on the Potato Cakes -- Yum.
I was pleased to see the PC's were back and made my first trip in months just to get them. The PC's were severely under-cook (typical for this restaurant) and gooey inside. The Roast Beef was greasy, sour tasting, and barely warm.
The Eagan store also serves their both type of fry's very underdone. Their curly fries are almost always cold. And they tend to let them sit in the basket too long. Minnesota Arby's continues to be terrible - even with the return of Potato Cakes.
Because I really liked Arby's in past year, I go back once in a while out o positivity --- NO MORE - YUK
