Absolutely trash. Yelling at customers and being rude! The ONLY nice employee there today was a gentleman with green hair at the window bagging the food. I don’t know the lady was that came outside yelling but she needs to be fired. Extremely RUDE.

Our favorite place to pick up a quick sandwich. With coupons, a good value, for a quality sandwich. My favorite is the French dip, ???? free refills on drinks friendly stall will serve you with a smile.
Sat in the Drive-Thru from 8:10pm - 8:30pm with only 2 vehicles in front of me. I get to the window and it takes forever for them to even take my payment. I sat at the window probably 10 minutes. They forgot my drinks and I had to remind them. They cared more about laughing and talking with coworkers than trying to get people moving through the drive thru. Then I get home and they did not customize my sandwich as I asked.
The food was cold, and they left out most of the order. Then they got an attitude because we went back to get the rest of our food!
Man Christmas most be bad for Arby's worst sandwich I ever had. #weresthemeat
I'm not giving these stars for the food, it's because I've heard that they are bringing back the potato cake and in my opinion that isn't a good idea cause they aren't great, if they want to bring something back that EVERYONE would prefer the Ham and Cheese, that was one of the better sandwiches you had.
Person at window rude. Tried to ask for sauce. She rudely told me what was in bag "was all there is". Which was NONE. Makes me not want to come there again
This used to be such a great place to eat but the atmosphere is nothing to brag about anymore. As a fellow customer service worker there are so many red flags at this location. Not greeting customers when they arrive which makes people feel as though we are a bother for coming into your business. Right from the start Employees complaining about customers from the kitchen so loud we can easily hear it from the counter. While eating in the dining room we can still hear the Employees complaining as well as the manager on duty and her staff cussing and such dropping the F bomb while stocking the dining room. This behavior will drive your customers away. This is in no way a professional way to act in the customer service industry. The food was good but definitely getting it to go next time.
