Appreciate the meals.
The staff were fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean. The food was delicious but the portions seemed Smaller even with the prices increased. I understand everything is costing more but I shouldn't be paying more and getting less
Went through the drive thru and ordered food. Everything was fine but one sandwich was wrong. No big deal....so I went in to get it remade. I was polite, not frustrated or rude but the cashier working acted very "over it" as soon as I walked in. She seemed irritated that i asked to remake it. She never apologized, which I don't necessarily need, she just acted annoyed. I continued being patient and waited for them to remake the sandwich (which took 6 minutes because it was chicken). The female cook wasn't necessarily friendly, but remade the order and didn't seemed annoyed, and the man working the window was fine...he just seemed overwhelmed. I don't ask much, just no mayo on the fried chicken sandwich. It's not like I can just scrape it off if I don't eat it. Maybe she was having a bad day, we all do and I get that, but maybe try being a little less annoyed at customers when they are trying to be patient with you.
These stores used to sell fresh made everything. But more and more when I go, the food seems to have been sitting around under a heat lamp.
I like their recipes. The bread is always fresh. But the curly fries are heavy and kind of gooey. This place serves in a timely manner. The restaurant inside is not always clean.
Hard to get the attention of the staff at the counter.
Best Arby's in OKC hands down!! The bread was soft. The meat was perfect and wasn't burnt! They had a long line in drive thru, but I was out within 2 minutes, and my food was hot. Keep up the great work. I will most definitely drive here again!!!
Food is always good at Arby's. I tried one of their new burgers. It was really good, but dang, it was really messy. Definitely would not be a good choice while traveling. The cheese sauce went everywhere ????
I don't care what nobody says, the gyros are super good. Nice, flavorful gyro meat, fresh onions, gyro sauce and Greek seasonings???????????????? the bacon wagyu burger is ???????????? too
The roast beef and cheddar sandwiches I got were gross. They tasted like dog food. He forgot my drink. Then when I tasted it it tasted like carbonated water. I won't have to go back there because I'm not from that town. But probably will never try Arby's again.
