Friday 12/6 at about 6pm, I ordered and half pound cheddar roast beef with fries and coke. Ordered a regular roast beef for my dog. I got home to I got 4 chicken sliders and a chicken wrap. I tried calling 3 times and nobody answered to fix my issue. Disappointed that I’m just trying to relax on a Friday night after a long work week and enjoy my meal and nobody will even answer to resolve this issue
Arby’s Jefferson City you must do better as our food was not good! We got the wrong sandwiches, fries were old and hard! We asked for no salt fries but received extra extra salty fries we had to throw away but had to wait for “fresh” fries! Why? If we spend our hard earned money for 1 night out so my husband and I don’t have to cook, why serve people food that you wouldn’t serve your family???? Coming from GA this Arby’s is a major let down of a food chain! We called and they didn’t even answer the phone! That was money that went down the drain!
I would give a 0 If that was an option!!

Gyros
Nacho cheese sauce (most sandwiches have that)
French dip sandwiches
Or shakes
They have no change for cash..
Why are you all even open if you don't have half of the menu???
The previous time I was here they had the chairs stacked up on tables & no ice in the machines... two hours before closing.
If this continues, you all may be better off shutting the doors on your freshly remodeled store..

Food was cold and they forgot the Arby's sauce and 4 hash cakes the only reason i wanted Arby's and they messed it up nobody wants a cold roast beef and cheddar with no Arby's sauce and 4 hash cakes missing out of the bag what a waste of $20 bucks
They never disappoint with the Greek Gyro meal. They are usually quick to serve and the food has always been fresh and I don’t feel too terrible eating it like I do with other fast food. I have never been inside, but the drive thru area is a bit narrow even with a mid size sedan, but they are quick and friendly!
I made a mobile order when I went to go pick it up got informed I had to come in because the order is too big and will mess with their drive through times I proceeded to come in and then wait for 15 minutes past my pickup time. Upon which then I received my food and at no point was I informed that they were out of curly fries which was half my order. I informed them that I didn't want crinkle for us that I should have been informed that wasn't going to be a replacement and that I should have been informed that there was a replacement on my order. I got told she has no control whether or not that she has curly fries that she is completely out because they didn't receive truck. At no point was I offered anything to compromise or anything just that here you go you have crinkle fries which your children won't eat which I informed her that my kids will not eat those fries. You got told tough luck and see you next time. The staff who was running the window walked up to said manager and told her we've informed everyone that we're out of curly fries all day. My response to her was I didn't online order and was made to come in and at no point did you inform me of this if I had not taken my bag and opened it up and look I wouldn't found out till I got home. The story short the food may be good but it may not be the food you want to order And don't even bother making an online order.
I ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich, 6-piece mozzarella sticks and two cups of au jus. The au jus containers are less than 1/3 of the way filled with very watery au jus that has no taste. The au jus at this restaurant is hit and miss. Sometimes you get a really full cup, sometimes you don't, sometimes it's weak, sometimes it's flavorful. This time it tastes of nothing and the color is very light. I'm suspecting that they had run out of au jus so when I ordered it they put a tiny bit in each cup and added water to make it look as though there were more. And the roast beef is not the thinly-sliced roast beef like usual. It's thicker and grisly. Even for a hit-and-miss restaurant this was deeply unsatisfying.
Had the smokehouse brisket. Seemed like their regular old roast beef reimagined. The curly fries were okay. All of their sauce dispensers except for horsey sauce were empty, and had to ask for a cup to put that in; they did have ketchup and other packets out instead. Been in much cleaner places. Definitely not worth the $13 I spent. Haven't gone to an Arby's in years, now I remember why.
