Got food from Arby's drive-thru Sunday December 15 . 8:30-9:15 Pm. We go there and always get cold fries -food in general. We like hot food . Not cold food sitting around. This makes us and others very irrational. Service here is very poor.
HORSEYSHIT! The beef and cheddar sandwich I ordered looked like they went out of their way to shave off the very edges of the loaf of roast beef, leaving the sandwich all full of just shavings and loose flakes, ends and pieces all mushed together.
The girl who helped us take our order behind the counter was nice. But there was another dude who was working the front counter barking people's names and walking back and forth like he was jacked on steroids and just come off of a 10 hour workout.
I don't like my name being barked, and I don't like a thin-mush pieces beef and cheddar sandwich.

I got in the drive thru line at 11:40 AM, with 8 cars in front of me. I anticipated a good 15 mins before receiving my food. But the flow was consistently moving, highly impressive for any Arby's. The Mac'n'Cheese bites were fantastic. The food was hot, but I'll take slightly cooled off food as the trade off for quick service.

"Diningroom closed due to employees not showing up and The Manager is tired of doing everything!" Other people were in eating. When we went in to order he said, rudely, "Can't you read the sign?!?!
WE WALKED OUT.
I was rather disappointed with my recent visit. The service was unfortunately below our usual expectations. The gentleman with glasses at the window did not offer a greeting, simply taking and returning our card before directing us to park. Similarly, when the lady with dark hair brought our food, she did not offer any pleasantries. Upon eating at home, we discovered that some of the nuggets seemed stale, and the gyros lacked both sauce and seasoning.
Drove an hour asked for a beef and cheddar with horsey and Arby’s sauce and didn’t get the sauce
I ordered the chicken samwich. Dont get it its absolutely nasty- cooked in some grose grease. Tastes like moldy chicken. I couldnt finish the samwhich. Came in for a refund and was denied a refund. Curly fries were mushy and nasty as well. This location needs to step up there food quality for sure. hate to say it!
