First time I had ever been to an Arby’s, I have to say I was somewhat impressed. The roast beef was meh but the service was fast, the restaurant was very clean, and the fries were incredible. They were curly which is cool, the fries were actually crispy unlike most fast food restaurants. They were seasoned and could easily be eaten without sauces. The Horsey sauce was new to me and it was just weird. Won’t eat that again. I’d say Arby’s is pretty good.
The music and food are a great combo the atmosphere is amazing and the customer service is beyond the best I enjoy every meal I have here !!!!!
I LOVE Arby's! So many people miss out on the good food here. I feel as though people just bandwagon and say they don't like Arby's because everyone else says that. Their food is always fresh and good when I come here for dinner. Their sliders are absolutely amazing. Tonight we tried the new Fried Strawberry pies and man aren't they good! 10/10!!!
I had hoped to like their food better than I did but found my cheddar beef sandwich only so-so. French fries were barely warm and tasted old.
I ordered food through the app and realized my order was wrong, I asked if one of my chicken wraps can be changed for spicy chicken sandwich, the cashier stated that is what I ordered, I then drove around and went inside to see if I can get fresh fries and was told they cannot do anything for me. The cashier called the GM and told her I was rude, when I was not, why would I be rude when I wanted her to change out fries for fresh fries. They called the police, I sat and waited for them to arrive, the officer went inside to see if they could provide me with fresh fries, but the officer stated for me to come back to speak to Shelby, she was professional and tried to help me get my money back, she told me that if going through my bank does not help come back to her, we'll I called to see if Shelby was there so I could let her know that my bank was not able to help and the person on the line stated she was the manager and I am band from the restaurant, I just want my money since I did not get my food and was never returning to the restaurant the way I was treated. No hospitality skills what so ever, they would not be in business if it was not for the community. The person that answered the phone stated that the issue was resolved and the GM called me and I did not answer my phone, and she left me a voice mail, I stated I then asked if she could take my number because she may have dialed the wrong number, she then stated we can not help you and you are band, I already band myself the day I had the issue. There were no voicemail left on my phone and I have a job, I do not just sit home playing with my phone all day, and my job is not a 9- 5, so to say something is resolved when it wasn't addressed with the person who is complaining is an understatement. When need to be mindful of the people that we may need one day. I will never eat here ever again.
The service was good and the food was hot and well prepared. I got the Classic Double with crinkle fries. The reason they did not get 5 stars is because the restaurant was not very clean. I would come back, but there needs to be some attention given to the overall appearance of the store.
The roast beef sandwiches were great. The fries were also great. The two cherry turnovers were as hard as they come and very over cooked. Very disappointing..
If you are wondering why your sandwich is not wrapped well from arbys go inside and you will find the lady thats making them throwing them about 5ft or more onto the place the people bagging them get them trom.. so sad we cant get better service! One of Our sandwiches were left out and we had to go back in and this is when we noticed how this was happening .. they were very disconnected and inconsiderate!
