Very friendly and kind staff. The service was prompt and the order was accurate. Inside the restaurant was very clean and orderly and there wasn't a line or a wait. It was decorative and festive for the season. The restroom was clean and stocked.

We went here June 21 2024 at 5:15pm and ordered (2) hamburger deluxe meals. After eating into the hamburgers the middle of both burgers were blood red. I took both burgers up to the counter and a woman with glasses asked what was wrong. I showed her the blood red burgers and I said we can't eat that. She said those are cooked medium well and that's how they come. After her saying that she turned and walked out back. Not even offering to make it right. We've been to this place many times in the past, but we will NEVER EVER go back here again. Before leaving this place I got a drink refill and that woman was beside me at the drink station. I told her you'll never see us here again. She says, have a nice night sir. I made no response. As we walked out the door she followed us and yelled across the parking lot like a little kid, have a nice night sir and don't come back. We still ignored her. I have been telling friends and family to stay away from this place. A complaint was also made to DHEC for uncooked food. Hopefully someone will get sick enough to file a lawsuit against you.
amazing customer service , my cashier was very patient & helped me work my order out to the T . I have very bad anxiety and i get flustered when talking but she understood & did an amazing job !!! Thank you
Ran through the drive thru on a Wednesday around 6:30 pm, no line no waiting. Order was accurate and medium roast beef was more than enough. Crinkle fries were ok. The lemonade was delicious but a little on the sweet side. Service was good, everything as expected.
Amazing Arby's location. Great crew, delicious food. Exactly what you expect from a well run Arby's.
I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The lettuce was rotten. Just leave off the lettuce, it was black and slimy.
SLOW. I placed my order and after sitting in line for 23 minutes and still wasn’t at the window I left. That is ridiculous. If you have a large order park that car and push other orders out while you are working on the large one. I saw two other vehicles leave because of the wait time. So I didn’t get any food and wasted my lunch break. Something needs to change. There is no reason to have that long of a wait time in a drive thru for fast food.
Cashier was struggling with my order. I had to explain 3 times that I did, in fact want the meat on my sandwich which was a little confusing and frustrating. Our food was great and the store and restroom were clean.
