Got a chocolate milkshake, sweet tea, a beef 'n' cheddar sandwich, and curly fries. The milkshake was the only saving grace of the meal, and it took several minutes to get that because either the machine was empty or it was frozen over (still, I admit it was worth the wait). But also the sizes have changed, the regular is now so tiny. Despite literally no other customers in but us, our food was cold. My mother substituted the sesame bun for a star bun, didn't get that though so she just removed the sesame bun. The fries were cold and mostly hard. The sweet tea wasn't just normal, my mother said it was like pure sugar water, not even tea flavoured. First and last visit, very disappointed to spend $25 and not even be full by the end and toss so much food. There's a REASON the parking lot is empty!
We had our first French dip sandwich and it was delicious. It was loaded with delicious roast beef. Service was good. Their inside could use some updating. We'll be back.
We have been watching the Arby commercials on TV featuring their new burgers. We stopped and got a bacon cheeseburger and it was very good, but almost $13 for a bacon cheeseburger fries and a drink? That will be the last time we go there.
I came in at the peak of lunch, crazy busy! But the staff worked hard to get a great meal to me real fast. I haven’t a French Dip in ages, but it seems I’ve been missing out! Thanks Jonesborough Arby’s team for a great lunch.????????
Well they've got a pretty cool menu now they've always had good food their new hamburger is good prices have come down good place to eat a quick meal.
Stopped here last night and got a burger that was absolutely red not cooked and spent 30 dollars on two meals for the staff to be so rude and careless. We will not be back, I would spend your hard earned money else where!
My order was not made correctly and the service was slow. I waited about 10min to order despite there being no other customers at the front counter and the cashier standing in front of the register.
Got French dip sandwiches. Size of sandwich had decreased by 50%. I used to could only eat half. I got home with them and thought they were minis. This has changed in two months.
