This Arby’s screwed up the first order we placed with them, so I asked them to remake the whole thing and they did it with no questions asked. Since then, they haven’t messed up a single thing (we’ve been here many times).
We’ve been to other locations and something that separates this one is that they pretty much never let me leave without asking me if I’d like any complimentary sauces. They make food refreshingly fast as well. Props to Arby’s!
I love the curly fries more than the double roast beef! My mom loved the chicken with bacon swiss too
Worked a long day today and stopped for something to eat. Got into a conversation with the young man at the window. Extremely polite and a genuine, sweet kid. His parents should be proud of what a nice polite well mannered person he is. It was about 845 10/30/24.
We were one of the only customers there but yet we received stale, and barely warm fries and nuggets. That’s not the worst part…the burger my wife got was rare in the middle and that is unacceptable from any fast food establishment especially with so many e-coli scares nowadays. There was no reason to rush our food and even put our health at risk. Not only was our food bad but this place is not clean. The bathroom was nasty, and I noticed the A sign next to the drinks had several flies in it. My expectations for a fast food place are pretty low but this place grossed me out and I’m just hoping we don’t get sick. I did bring the burger back up and asked for a replacement which the worker didn’t apologize or anything and I stood there longer than it took them to make our entire order for only one sandwich. I would give negative stars for this experience if I could.
For a store that is bot very busy. We ordered at drive thru and was told to pull around they will bring it out. No one else in the drive thru mone you. Now the food was brought to the car. We had to go in anyway because we only got half the food. The person at the cash register seemed bother because I told them we only got half the order. She stated I didn't tell him to take it out yet.
Ketchup and Arbys sauce dispensers were both empty.
Diet Doctor Pepper syrup was sporadic.
Had the bacon cheese burger and it was excellent. Wanted onion rings but was told they didn't have them but they were on the burger. SMH.
Good food fairly fast at a descent price.
One of a few places you can get a combo meal for $10.00 or less.
Don't like Family Feud blasting in the background.
Almost always the beef is really good but it could, should be hotter. Like the crinkle cut fries.
