Usually not crowded and the staff is always friendly. If you can, avoid the Wendy’s across the street and come here. I use their app and order ahead; I’ve never had to wait once. Just be aware, if you order in the app and they are out of the item at the restaurant, they can’t give refunds for any online or mobile orders.
6:30pm. Typical dinner rush... however the large fry I received were cold, and tasted like they’d been refried a few times. Just look at the photo, you can tell they aren’t going to taste good just by the look!
Disappointing especially since there are plenty of reviews stating how great the food is!
This location doesn’t miss! Every time I go, my order is accurate, hot & fresh, and the staff is always so pleasant. I can be picky at times and they’ve never messed up an order or missed anything. Keep up the good work!
Worst online/App order experience. Signed up with the App but it kept glitching. No 25% off first order no matter what I tried. Order was ready very fast and waiting for me when I arrived. But the nearly $2.75 order of fries was so small a portion. I got 3 total whole curly fries and a bunch of crumbs in a fry box the size of a lighter. Chicken tender sliders were anything but tender. Completely inedible. Fried for so long it was like trying to chew a deep fried shoe. Fries also. Over cooked and hard as cardboard. Best thing about the order was the sauces. I got a week supply of arby sauce & horsey sauce for 3 sliders and a xxx small order of fries. The pic is minus 3 ketchup and 6 Arby's sauce packets. I thought if I used enough sauce it might soften up the chicken, but I was wrong.
$9.00 for a “Small” chicken sandwich combo. Sandwich was plain and tasted okay, Crinkle fries was good, drink cup was really small. Compared to the same type meal from Chick-fil-A? No comparison. Chick-fil-A is less expensive, has better presentation and taste far superior!
Otherwise, the Restaurant is very clean and employees are very professional.
Used a "free" sandwich coupon, and the service and sandwich was exactly what everyone hopes for. The manager with the tattoo sleeved arms took care of me and I am grateful for her. The lady at the front counter was polite and both made me feel welcome. THANK YOU.
Super fast service, everything was fresh and hot, and this location was the cleanest I've been to. The cashier wiped down tables almost as soon as customers left and she was super sweet!
Chicken sandwich is "Oh so fresh". Fried to perfection with the right amount of mayonnaise and lettuce. Praises to the team cooking tuhday ????????
