My family and I was in line for 14 mins waiting on food. I asked the manager can I have a small curly fries for the wait and Lima the manager told me absolutely not. Her manger watch the camera and I would just have to wait. So I’m waiting for this store manager Silva to respond to my email.
Smh super upset, I was coming at least once a month since being pregnant now 9 months I went about 2 weeks ago an everybody standing around said there systems down ok cool. Tonight I order through DoorDash an as you can see I ordered a TURKEY and sent bacon, lettuce, jalapeño, and cheese ???? where is the main course super upset called store 5x NO ANSWER like did somebody get fired or this new crew doing drugs through out my pregnancy haven’t had no bad experiences haven’t been here since late February am looking at the other recent reviews I can clearly see this is a new crew
Even though it's a tiny little place, the lady working the drive thru was very nice and we exchanged a few pleasantries. Even though it's a small drive thru, it doesn't mean you can't be nice to people and despite the notion this is a "rough" neighborhood, I had a good experience and just parked in the shade and ate my food. They got my order right and got me in and got me out and got me back on the road again.
Food is horrible. I been living here 20 years. First time had Arby’s since it opened. And I have to say never again. Was the worst cold meat sucked out tenders and fries nothing special.
#9 Chicken Bacon Ranch was pretty good. Curly fries on point. Quick service during lunch rush.
The fish sandwich is delicious and was on sale for 2 for $7 . My husband and I have ordered them twice a week during February and March. The milkshake is good, I had chocolate.
My husband and I did drive thru. While trying to figure out what toppings they had on some sandwiches, I could figure it out. So, my husband inquired about the roast beef sandwich. The cashier stated that she didn't know what came on the sandwich. Ok, I was like WOW!! So, I said just give that a curly fries. My husband had gotten something different then mines. But, we were 3 blocks away before i made the ultimate mistake. You NEVER ever pull off without checking your food! My sandwich and fries were cold!! My husband said, well when we get home imma just warm your food up and see what's going on. Nope that didn't work! The sandwich was BLAND WITH NO SEASONING AT ALLLL!! This was the second time Arby's had screwed me over. I told my husband I refuse to purchase or eat their food ever again!!
The restaurant was clean and the server was polite and pleasant. Food was good and hot!
