It was horrible. My tomatoes were dried out n cold lettuce was turning I've never had such horrible sandwich. Jalenpeno were hard as rocks n cold. There was noone there so can't say it's because they were busy.. money wasted. Gentlemen taking the money was very nice but sandwich was thrown together and old. I'll be contacting corporate.
Where’s the meat? Where is the sour kraut? The only thing big about the Rueben sandwich was the bread and the cost. $7.79. Rip off, they fold the chewy meat to make it
On a regular day, or should I say when Josh is working this place is good, but I stopped in on 9-16-2024. Josh was not working, it took almost 5 minutes for someone to come take my order, the area in front of the counter had coke or tea some kind of drink spilled all over the floor that obviously had been there for a while, the sauces were all empty, there were no staws, lids or napkins at the counter by the drinks and to top it all off I didn't even get what I asked for. ( a double beef and cheddar is what I ordered just to get a regular double roast beef. My wife and I frequent this place but if I ever experience service like that again here we will find a different place. Worst experience ever .
Great for the most part. I usually get it delivered, but have been through the drive thru a couple of times. Staff are professional, food is mainly great quality except one time when it was like they gave me the scraps of the roast beef and it was COLD ❄️????- gross! Otherwise I am satisfied 95% of the time with service.
I visit around lunchtime. I get the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with crinkle fries and Dr Pepper. It’s amazing!
My sandwich had something in it. It was very gritty in it I spit it out. This location is horrible. Who ever made that sandwich remember children or eating your food. I will never stop at this location again at 4:30pm on Thursdays.
This is what Arby’s should be everywhere, clean fast and the lady taking the order was extremely nice, 90% of the time Arby’s is mid at best this is top tier Arby’s in my book
The order taker was friendly and competent, the food was good, but there was very little communication after the order was placed, and the wait time was horrible.
