We love to eat at Arby's when the chicken pecan wrap is in season! The wraps were hard tortilla & mushy grapes! It was good but not great! My husband enjoyed his gyro. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets. We all loved the fries/curly fries. A ton of flies in there at tables. But service was fast.
Our drive through experience was top notch. The girl taking our order was patient and precise. She was very pleasant and well mannered at the window. She genuinely seemed like the enjoyed her job. She made my family smile, great experience and great food. Shout out to the girl at the window on 7/21/24 @ 2:00 pm!
The waitress at the window was very nice and helpful, but eating here gave me the 2nd worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I'm still recovering, it's been 4 days. This experience has decided for me that I will not only not be eating at this Arby's ever again, but any Arby's ever again.
I will be contacting whoever I can to give a health inspection immediately at this location, to protect those in this community who could really get hurt by this type of illness. I nearly had to go to the hospital. If I wanted to pay $9 to feel miserable for a few days, I'd just go get drunk at a conservative bar.
Please do better, folks. I know y'all aren't getting paid enough and that's a whole 'nother can of worms, you're overworked and underpaid. But you can really, really make someone sick by not adhering strictly to food safety protocols, and I'm, unfortunately, the example here.
I ordered the crispy chicken club wrap meal. Terrible, the chicken was too hard to chew, tomato & lettuce wasn't fresh & the curly fries were cold. Very disappointed in my $13 lunch. UPDATE..... thanks for your automated reply with a link that doesn't work.
Never thought I'd be reviewing fast food in Decatur Texas but here we are ???? got a late start on a last minute 500+ mile trip for a funeral so we were hungry and stopped at Arby's as we set out on our drive. Everything was exactly as we ordered, all the sauces and dips were as asked for, the food was fresh and hot and well prepared. Honestly super impressed, thanks for getting it right guys, and filling our tummies for a long journey ahead.
The drive through is giving Whataburger a run for their money. One car in front of me and been I line for over 10 mins. Still waiting as I write this. The wait is absolutely ridiculous

Got order wrong went back and got it fixed , misunderstanding no big deal , sit down to eat and my $10 beef and cheddar sandwich had very little cheddar. Very disappointed
