We had driven about 5 hours to a Dr appointment in another state, and we had just enough time to grab a quick sandwich here close to our destination. Staff got right on the order and got everything done quickly and hot. Place was neat and friendly.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Was looking for some easy comfort food tonight and didn't find it here. I ordered a Greek, Gyro (which I, of course, don't expect to be like an actual gyro, but I usually always enjoy). Today, I opened it to begin eating and was already saddened by the lack of substance, especially meat. I then closed the wrapping and swung it around to the other side, thinking maybe it all had slid to the other side. I was highly frustrated when I realized that there was NO meat on this new side. ???? Sadness!
I would say that not only is this the best Arby's in town. It is the best fast food place in town. This location is the fastest and friendliest. Every time I go in they are so professional and polite.
We’re visiting from out-of-state and our hotel is less than five minutes away. I was the only one in the Arby’s drive through line and had to wait for my food, which was no problem. I got my food and drove straight to my hotel. When I opened my roast beef sandwich, it was a soggy sticky mess. There was so much sauce that the bun was completely drenched. The meat was cold . I can say the service was good and my fries were crispy hot.
The service was great, friendly and prompt. There was a slight wait for our order, maybe for the fries which were very hot. My husband's chicken sandwich was hot and he enjoyed it. Mine was stone cold. It was very disappointing especially given the rest of the food was hot and fresh and very good.
Ordered sandwiches no cheese no tomato and THAT is EXACTLY what I received.
Another sandwich I added Swiss and I actually got EXACTLY what I ordered!!
I'm impressed!!
I ordered on door dash and when it got to me the curly fries were stale tasting and the Powerade tasted like there was soap in it
Unbelievably Rude (Highly Reactive) Drive Through staff right now. Lost a $30 order because I was on the phone getting orders to give to them and did not answer quickly enough for them.
This lady scolded me like I was her 3 year old who didn't put its toys away yet.
