When arriving the server gave a disgusting attitude at the speaker, presented zero communication skills confirming they heard me, she didn’t ask if I was finished or told me my total, just went silent assuming we were done, then said the shake machine was down only to then hand the person infront of us shakes through the pickup window. There was only one other car there. After a 15min wait behind the car infront of us & a blatant lie I decided to not give this place my money :) This place & my experience was a joke & I will never be going back, we went to one down the road & they had my food out in 5 minutes, fresh & correct.
A favorite place for different fast food meal...a change front the usual burgers and whatnot.
On this visit, I tried their King's Hawaiian Fish sandwich. I have gotten their regular crispy fish in the past and it was lackluster - not really crispy and the bun didn't hold up. The King's Hawaiian is different: the bun is more robust and the addition of cheese and tomato gives it a bit of a bump. The fish this time tasted great, really flaky with a bit of sweetness and complimented by the tartar sauce. This new fish sandwich is a better balance.
I also got their beef and cheddar which was fair-to-good. This was my first time trying the Spicy 3 Pepper Sauce and I'm hooked! Right up there with Horsey Sauce.
The crew at this location is always fantastic! Fast, friendly, and polite... Will return soon.
Like the other review. Lady at the window was cordial. But the food was gray and cold. What's up with these places with no receipts? I still have a record of the two for six Arby's on my debit card. Plus Mr. Manager I ask for one horsey sauce I get 9. Tossed them place on Middlebelt and 7 mile way better. Waste of good horsey sauce too.
Only since it's close on the way home I stop here. Get home and guess what? Paid for food I did not receive. Of course if I want to drive back they will give me my food. But c'mon. Food slopped together barely warm. Won't be surprised if this location closes
Did an online order, Employee was extremely rude and said I can not use the drive through to pick up my order and that I need to come inside and get it.
Lady with pink hair and missing teeth, will never be going back to this location
Love Arby's food ! The Buffalo chicken wrap is amazing. We usually don't have problems with our order or service. We did the last time we came, and Katina handled it beautifully. She knew exactly what was wrong before I even said anything. Apologized and replaced our whole meal. She turned my frown upside down

Bought a double beef n cheese, Hawaiian Fish deluxe, and jalapeno bites. All were tasty and served fresh.
Went for the 2 can dine for $9.99. Great service. Food fresh, fries hot, & my Root beer ice cold. My Beef & Cheddar was delicious.
