Food not so great. (This doesn't happen all time) but we went got roast beef. The roast taste like dish water. Use to work at arbys i know (different location) but I know when making roast beef should never taste like nasty water. I'm sorry but it don't. So I know if they have to much water in where they put roast beef keep it warm. Please check it often because this shouldn't taste like this. Again doesn't always taste like this but it doesn't taste well. But service was great!
To the young lady working at the window through Drive through on 8/9/24 around 1:30pm. I want to say your kind words really made a difference in my day. You were so sweet!!! Thank you truly.
Went inside to order food. Horribly backed up on the inside and drive through, took us about 35m to get our food and two groups ahead of us that paid left due to the long wait. Drink machine broken. Employees not wearing gloves and all on their cell phones. The one guy prepping touching his nose/food, handing out large wads of cash to friends up front. Guy was rather rude when handed us our food.
I live close to this location so it's convenient but if I don't specifically request that my food be made correctly, it literally never is. Bacon is an especially big problem at this location. Does someone stand in the back and eat it all and then not have enough for orders? This is supposed to be a chicken bacon swiss with no tomato. At least I got one piece of bacon this time. No lettuce though. Literally not one other car at the restaurant while I was there so it's not like they were busy.
This location seems to close early whenever they feel like it. They all hang around the parking lot smoking. Not sure why they dont just go home. Must be because they're still on the clock? At the drive through speaker one of the girls sitting outside told me they were open and someone would help me, but no one ever did. Another girl must've sensed she was in trouble because she approached my car and told me she worked at Olive Garden. Here are pictures of them sitting around outside. And also the girl with purple hair who just straight up ignored me at the drive thru. This was 1025pm.
I'd give this place a 1 but cashier was nice. Place is very dirty and trash all over. It's 2pm and after lunch rush. No excuse for the mess. Saw employee walking by trash on counter by fountain drinks and didn't touch anything. Guess this is why there is a Now Hiring on their outside sign.
I order a meal with a large drink, get handed a small drink.... when I point out I had a large dr pepper not a small coke the kid quickly makes the drink, doesn't put the lid on proper, and In the drive through window pours the whole drink on me and in my car (it was an accident but still not happy to be covered in sticky soda due to lack of care/attention)
I will never be back to this location
This location is one of the best. You can taste the freshness
