The cheap owners need to turn on the AC! It’s 82 (NOW 85!!) degrees in here by the front door and way hotter inside! I don’t know how your employees haven’t walked out!
UPDATE: came back a few days later to see if the issue was resolved, and it’s even hotter today!
I have been in Arby's in Paris many times. Food is always good, people always nice. But for whatever reason, my last trip dining in was really good. Food was hot and fresh.People working were just super nice. Even guy taking a vape break was friendly. Something different about this visit.
My wife purchased me a Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich combo for my dinner as she passed through Paris. We live 28 miles out from the resturant. Glad she is safe and off the road and settled into my evening chair to enjoy my “Market Fresh” sandwich. I am adding several photos of my fine dining meal. Included is the picture of the sandwich as advertised on their official web site. There are several photos of my sandwich as sold to my wife. Now I eat the thing and deal with it or drive 56 miles round trip to replace it. Oh, one other thing, I called their number on web site and the call would not go through. I will be contacting corporate about this obvious opportunity for re-training from the manager down. The worst part of this is that this level of service has become accepted. Well when I park in your drive thru while I go through my sack to see if you did your job be patient. By the way fill the sack with condiments and napkins while we pay $10.00 for a sandwich and get served like this. Fed up of not being fed proper food as purchased.
Usually this place is awesome.. tonight I’m not sure what the heck happened. $15 wasted.. both classic roast beef n cheddar sandwich dry dry dry…smh.. turkey n Swiss had dry stale bread, whole slice of tomato on one side hardly had any turkey.. tried calling the store several times no answer… will be going to see manager in the morning.. or calling cooperate
The sewage gas smell at this location is terrible pretty sure it gave my husband and I food poisoning. Went in for a refund and was treated like I didn't even exist won't be back
This place is a joke, You know why you loose so much business at this Texas location, the people that work there don't care about you or your food. I didn't even try and order after the woman said huh 3 times in a row at drive through and laughs the whole time. You let scum bags run your business, you won't get my business, what A JOKE, shame this is the way it is all over this town.
Dined in Saturday June 8 2024. Arrived before 5 p.m.
Not crowded at all. Food was great, had a burger deluxe meal and chicken bacon sandwich meal.
Pat rang up our order. He was surly, bordering on rude. He needed to be sent home or fired. If he was having a bad day it still was no excuse for his attitude. Probably won't go back.
Went 6/18/2024 , Customer service very poor. Walked to counter to order employee on ear bud talking to I guess his girl friend, ignored me at first then asked for order I repeated 2 times. He kept talking on the phone the whole time he was taking my order . I had to remind him I ordered a drink to get my cup . Why are your employees allowed to use phones while working, VERY RUDE .
