Late night pickup order was well packaged, fresh, & still warm upon arrival @8pm! Also appreciate how well everything was sorted & neatly placed in the bags, —& nothing was missing! Would definitely recommend the Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwiches while they're still around, but can't go wrong w/ their mozzarella sticks!
I had to edit my review, because for the past 3 weeks I tried getting a strawberry shake and they always tell me they don't have it....then why is it on your window and menu?! I then leave without purchasing anything.....Arby's is so good especially motz sticks but I feel I spend to much and just cook instead!
Fast friendly service from a polite and helpful young man and a kitchen staff that was on the ball knocking out orders as fast as they came in. My sandwich was delicious and well made, not just tossed together with all the toppings piled in the middle. Thank-you!
My food came hot and fast, lobby was clean. No complaints here even rang the bell! Good job keep it up!
Had any large order and they got it to me pretty fast
Good service, the cashier even remembered my name when I put in a 2nd order. We received our food quickly for both orders, though we went mid-afternoon when the lobby was nearly empty.
We became a fan of their sliders, with several options including buffalo chicken, jalapeño beef, and turkey. When we went they were only $1 a piece (2-5 pm).
Came in at 9:20 the guy that's the manager on shift blirts out, great now I'll have to stay till 11:40
The drink machine was messed up. No ice. Food was not right and the guy was disrespectful to my wife when she asked about drinks. Several others were complaining and some even left over the guys attitude. This is ridiculous and sorry business ethics. When I come in and drop 50 bucks the guy does t habet to treat us like trash just because he was trying to close the doors sooner than advertised times!
The sandwich was good, but they were out of ice.
