The food was cold, the cheese on my roast beef did not melt, and the potato cakes were oily. The box the potato's had oil staining the box. I paid for Swiss and Cheddar cheese, and both were cold and hard. The sandwich was so old and cold the cheese never got soft. The drinks and the sandwich were the same temperature. I the drive thru employee should be FIRED. They closed the window twice in my face. I was asking for condiments, and before I finished the window closed. I had to honk to get their attention. I was shoved some sauces and a window closed. I was not able to ask for anything. This location should close, that's how the staff feels about this location.
Probably the best QSR experience I've had in years. Patricia at the counter provides an outstanding customer service experience. Since I ate in the dining room I noticed something that I haven't seen in years a team of store managers and teammates enjoying work. Clean dining area and restrooms as well. Great experience.
Mainly here to review thier Greek gyro since I haven't eaten Arby's but a couple times in 20 years.
Well it's as good as any gyro I've ever had and the price is quite reasonable considering today's economy. Gonna have to check out Dino's Gyros for comparison. They're just about a mile South on Snelling.
Haven't had a Classic Roast Beef in over a year and was extremely disappointed in the one I had from here! The meat was different...like chopped up like mush and u der cooked. Yuck!
Glad to see Potatoe cakes r back. That would be my only item I'd order if I return?
The food was good but customer service was really bad. The cashier was rude and got the orders wrong. Fortunately, her coworker was very helpful and made our visit a little better.
I love this Arby's! I may not live around the corner, but I'll always make the trip for this one. They're so efficient and friendly here, plus they've never got my order wrong and the food is always yummy! .
Order a Dr, pepper and it comes fresh and well prep trying the new Hamburger!
Our Food tasted as if it was not cooked enough or stayed out to long. Kids meals chicken tasted funny. Curly fries definitely were sitting out to long. But that’s what we get for going in a Sunday evening. I usually love Arby’s…
