Stopped in for a quick lunch after stopping for fuel. I ordered the classic, small fries, and a medium shake. The cashier rang up my order, handed me my receipt and a soda cup. I aske what that was about, as I ordered a shake. Her response was 'our shake machine is broke". Ok, so why did she not tell me that when I ordered the shake? Had I known that I would have only ordered sandwich and fries, as I had drinks in my truck.
Thoroughly disgusted today at West Point Ms. Arby’s . 9-11 @ 5:30 pm.
Ordered at counter for dine in. Got food to the table and began getting food out of bags.
(Yes, I said bags.) for dine-in.
An employee came and said we had the wrong order! Handled all food (as if it belonged to her) while switching from one bag to the other. Bare hands no gloves touching my food!!
Didn’t take back up to counter to correct their mistake. All this happened at my table as I watched. Said “this is yours” as she plopped the bag down in front of me. No apology!
Nothing! Just walked away.
The counter clerks are rude like they’re doing the customer a favor. Stay home if you don’t like dealing with the public.
I regret not taking food back and demanding a refund. It was Very slow with only 2 other people's seated. If they weren’t so busy socializing loudly behind the counter maybe they wouldn’t have this problem! At the customers expense!
The food was awful. Ordered a roast beef with cheddar, soon as I opened the sandwich wrap it smelled old and spoiled so I tasted the meat omg it tasted like it smell. This was the first I experienced Arby's being bad and I now know that's my last time eating there
I walked in this morning and it smelled like something died in there. Workers were also rude. Dropped my bag of food on the floor and proceeded to hand it to me. The more I eat out on the road it just reminds me of you have any respect for yourself just buy and prepare your own groceries. That’s better than regretting spending your HARD EARNED money.
We stopped by their drive through to pick some quick lunch. We ordered the gyros and a salad along with their famous curly fries. The fries were good indeed, however the rest of the food was so bad. Is it because of the covid pandemic? Both the gyro wraps were too sub standard. The meat tasted rot. The salad chickens were soggy and not fresh. The salad greens were wilt. However, the working lady was nice and she handed over all the ordered perfectly with a few extra sachet of sauces.
This was so convenient. We used the restroom bought a french vanilla Starbucks drink from loves then walked a few feet for a roast beef sandwich. Yummy
Shake machine has been down for 5 months. Employees have no idea when it might get fixed.
This Arby's in west point Ms was horrible..... The waitstaff almost seemed bored or mad they had to do their jobs.. They didn't have all the ingredients to properly fix the sandwiches so they substituted some with mayonnaise and there was so much mayonnaise on my sandwich you couldn't taste anything else and it was sloppy and soggy the bacon was only 2small broken halves. I couldn't even eat it it was nasty. The "curly" fries were the bits and pieces from the bottom of the bag AND cold so was the sandwich. Worst place ever... the dining room was nasty floors and full garbages. We were there around 1030 to 11 am
