Overall, everything was good, the burger and the chicken wraps were a pleasant surprise. The spiral fries where a little bit of a letdown considering the number of people there. Staff was very polite and service was very fast.
My son and I ordered the Deep fried turkey club sandwich. I was disappointed with my sandwich. There wasn't enough turkey on it and the bacon tasted like it had been there a while. Also, there wasn't enough sauce on it
Wow I’m quite disappointed, we just stopped in to get 4 sliders, mozzarella sticks and curly fries. As I was driving I didn’t open my sliders until I got home…
So about the fries, they are super stale! Like they’ve just been reheated, the mozzarella sticks were not fully melted, okay I suppose I can look past that but this is what my slider looks like. Seriously? This is ridiculous! Not coming back anytime soon.
My second slider had a little more meat on it but it tastes off. So this was just a waste of money and time.
Went and took my kids through drive thru ask the lady at window was all the food in bag she said yes so I got home checked and I was missing food. So I called the store they told me bring food back to replace got there nobody is bagging food with gloves got my order replaced which was a 6 piece boneless and a 9 piece boneless with mozzarella sticks, got home again finally to sit down and enjoy the food but all the wings were cold not to mention had to tell their manager she forgot fries again never eating at Arby’s again on Riverside Dr. Clarksville, TN 37042 took a pic of the 9 piece boneless they remade looks like they grabbed the crumbs out of bag to be funny. Don’t eat from there my whole order is in trash but the sprite was okay. Just a warning people customers are not first anymore in these places we have today so don’t give them your hard earned money!
Greek gyro needed more sauce as it was pretty dry. Diningroom needed some attention. Nice people working.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by your staff, who guided me through the menu with patience and enthusiasm, making my first-time visit a breeze. The inviting atmosphere and clean surroundings immediately set the tone for a positive dining experience.
As I perused the menu, I was impressed by the variety of options available. After much deliberation, I decided to try the BBQ bacon burger, as it seemed to be a fan favorite. I also couldn't resist adding a side of your famous fries to complete my meal.
When my order arrived, it was served hot and crispy on a tray. I was blown away by the freshness and quality of the sauces. The fries was tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the soft, The fries were a revelation - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right.
What truly stood out to me was the disappointment I received when I realized that the burger lacked the freshness I had hoped for. The lack of flavors was the dissatisfaction for my meal. I took attention to detail and care that went into preparing my meal.
Moreover, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring that I had a memorable dining experience. Their genuine smiles and willingness to accommodate my preferences made me feel valued as a customer.
Overall, my first visit to Arby’s was nothing short of fantastic, but kind of not what I was hoping for. It left a lasting impression on me, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
On a positive note, the fries were served hot,
but unfortunately, personal preferences aside, the burger itself failed to meet even the most basic expectations!!
I went through the drive-thru Saturday evening after 6 pm and they took my order quickly, my food came right out and the lady was super friendly and told me the curly fries were fresh and super hot. I live 25 minutes away and didn't eat till I got home. Good meal, good experience. Thanks
This is the Arby's I visit the most. The food is right. The store is clean. Sometimes they will get the order wrong, but the management is great about fixing it without giving any attitude. App orders yield great deals- this month I got a free sandwich every week with my order.
