We waiting for awhile in the drive through informing them of our online order. When we got our bag, the seal was broken and the large crinkle fries were half filled. We didn’t even leave the parking lot and walked back in.
I informed the staff of this and they made a new for me. Which I was thankful for. I will note their front of house floor is incredibly sticky.
As I’m leaving I hear the manager say “he ate some of those fries.” I never touched them and when your staff say those things. It’s very discouraging to continue business or to promote their services.
Very disappointed.

I love Arby's roast beef! They haven't change not needed to change anything about their roast beef. Although one of the locations are closed, I still prefer Arby's over any other fast food places to eat hands down! Great food, clean store, and always a helpful and friendly staff
Untrained and unprofessional...Webpage for response is broken...if owner really cared it would fix that...the branch is sooo stingy...DID NOT listen to order on the drive thru. Ordered the reg loaded fries. Charged for their chicken fries without chicken but still had the ranch that I'm allergic too. Manager upset cause I wanted my 6$ back! Said that a drizzle of cheese is all their allowed...then I can get cheese fries elsewhere. Took 5 min to refund $$.
This Arby's was HORRIBLE today. They messed up our order in DT, read off the order when I got out of my car, went inside to fix it, all three of the girls were rude as hell. One grabbed my receipt said I didn't see #5 at all handed me the receipt and turned away from me. The other girl who was helping another customer said, you'll need to pay for it. It's my lunch hour and I shouldn't be treated with such horrible service. We had three drinks, but two meals. That makes sense. I tired to call to speak to a manager but the phone just kept ringing twice. So I waited a little bit to call a third time and it's nothing, but busy signal... Leads me to believe they left the phone off the hook. Had to call another location to even talk to someone. That kind of business shouldn't be happening :/
Awesome service. The short cute chick was on it! She was obviously training a new guy, and while training him, she was able to still provide excellent service. Thank you.
I ordered light ice on my drink and it wasn't even filled up. I got the French dip and they hardly filled up on any sauce for the dip. A bit disappointed but the dip was good. Just wish they would fill up on everything else like they do with the sandwiches.....
Waited I drive up for 8 minutes nobody answered no cars ahead of us and parking lot empty. Finally drove up to window and no one was there, knocked on the window and honked horn, waited 5 minutes, gave up and went inside to order our food to go. People were behind us in drive up, evidently they had same issues because they went inside too
Ordered a Reuben sandwich and fries. It was made on wheat bread instead of rye and was not grilled. Check your orders before you leave!!!
