This will be our Go-To stop in this town now. The crew was exceptional! They took the time to change up a kid's meal a bit and didn't rush my large family when ordering at the counter. The restaurant is clean. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious. My crew was impressed and happy! These guys are impressive!
My daughter loves the classic roast beef sandwiches and I love the Turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich. Always fresh food! If it's going to be fast food, then this is where we go.
Ordered a double roast beef combo w/a coke and I again ordered a beef and cheddar double w/a coke. I was severely disappointed when I looked under the bun of the beef and cheddar. Beef and cheddar doubles get two pumps of cheese . I know this cause I have worked there. Anyway, mine only had a small smear of cheese. Paid $20.22 for two combos. Happy with the regular roast beef, hit the beef and cheddar was disappointing. I wanted what I paid for. Not what the employee felt like giving me ????
Every time we order an online order from this location, it is never ready within the stated time. When arriving to the window, the employee always asks us to pull forward, however, they fail to bring our food out. Tonight, we refused to pull forward. The employee became frustrated so he called the manager. The manager told us to “stop arguing and pull forward because you are messing up our drive thru time”. However, there was no one else in line or even at the store. We did not pull forward and it still took over 5 minutes to get our order. Night Shift manager is absolutely lazy with no customer service skills. Staffing must be slim pickings to have her running the place. The whole store needs a staffing overhaul. It’s completely embarrassing and downright disgraceful.
Horrible, $14 for cold fries and a sandwich with very little rubbery brisket on it. This meal was maybe worth $3. First and last time eating here.
Clean restaurant, hot food, and especially nice service. Highly recommend for your stop through Andalusia
It took 27 minutes to get two wraps and a beef and cheddar sandwich after I ordered
The staff were so friendly. Food was good. And place was super clean. Go here not the Wendy's next door!!
