Clean, great quality of products; my favorite is the smoked brisket with potato cakes and under new management and undivided customer service. Located in North Durango next to US Bank and plenty of parking spaces.
Ordered ahead and grabbed my order off the shelf instead of having to wait in line to ask the cashier for it which was awesome! Food was ready when it said it would be and was fresh and hot. My only complaint is the small order of fries seemed extremely small. Did they mistakenly give me the child size? ???? Placed next to the ketchup for reference.
This Arby’s isn’t bad. It’s in a good location, inside is nice and clean. Food was good. Crinkle fries aren’t too good. Needs ketchup. Staff was friendly. You can tell they are distressed though. With walk in orders and drive thru they struggled to get orders out and bagged in an organized manner. Not sure what the disconnect is. However we waiting 22 minutes for our order. To compensate we got milks that expire in a week. I get food service workers grace since I get the struggle. Maybe a week closed to train would be beneficial though.
I know Arby's isnt everyones cup of tea but it is definitely one of my favorites. This was my first time going to this one and this facility was very nice and located in a great place. It was very clean inside and the sitting area was well put together. The customer service here was actually rather good! We had a decent wait for our food, so the lady gave us an extra milk for the kids. They have the making to be really good they just need to work on making the food and being prepared to make the food in a timely manner. They can make the food very well that it's almost worth the wait. Once they get the time thing down this will be upgraded to a five star review.
My significant other went to get us a couple sandwiches. We ordered the new steak garlic ribeye but got what looked like smokehouse brisket. The sandwich’s would’ve been cool if it didn’t look like it’s been sitting there literally. They drenched it in bbq sauce on BOTH sides, the buns were soggy like they’ve been soaked in water, and the wrapping looks old like someone else had returned the s/w and they were resold. Definitely returning and getting a refund.

Paid nearly $40 for food for family. They completely messed up my order. How hard can it be to get an order correct? Made for a completely negative experience for entire family. ????
- Ordered a fish sandwich, charged for it didn't get it.
- Ordered an apple turnover, charged for it didn't get it.
- Ordered a double beef & cheddar with extra cheddar, charged for it didn't get extra.
- Ordered large crinkle fries, they were old and stale and barely warm.
- Got a small beef & cheddar that I didn't order.
- None of the wrappings matched the sandwich it was supposed to be and two were inside out. Makes it very difficult to check order and being inside out makes the sandwich soggy and the wrapper falls apart.
NOTE: The owner just sent me a message that includes some website I'm supposed to go to so they can do something I guess. But the url is really long, non clickable and won't let me copy and paste the link. I bet this stops 95% of the customers from following up. How convenient!!!
Fries were not only old, they put near iced chocolate milk. 8:00 at night. They had to be sitting there for at least a few hours. Sandwiches had so much Arby’s sauce when we opened the buns were soaked. Soggy and falling apart. Had to throw away.
would give it 0 stars if i could. the kid couldnt get my order right when i was giving it to him. explained 3 times, still got it wrong at the window. then he still charged me for the difference. then they didnt even give me what i ordered. this place is a joke. dont eat here.
