I very rarely have a bad experience with the food at arby’s and love the motz sticks… however this time, the lady working served me curly fries that were cold and stale/rubbery. They were not good. And my motz sticks were soggy! very disappointed :/

Love the roast beef with cheese and Arby's sauce. With no teeth it's almost the only fast food I can eat.

I got dumped tonight, ya it SUCKS. So, obviously my tears gave away my sadness...the employees wrote me a note and added a cookie.

U may want to say hold the crispies and mayo. Not nec. Fattening enuf. I suspect they just used roast beef. Not fer sure brosket. Good tho.

Messed up my order, however I understand because of how busy they were. Manager quickly fixed the problem, owner was in and seems like a very nice man. Staff was cordial and apologized multiple times. Food seems to have gotten much better since the last time I ate at this location. Will be back again.
the customer service of this arbys shines over sandpoint as a pedestal to what customer service in fast food should be. the lady that took me and my mothers order was very polite and created good conversation while taking our order, and getting everything right about it. as we were walking to get seated, our food was already ready for us and the kind gentleman that gave us our food was very helpful as well. the resturaunt itself is maintened fairly well, i just believe customers leave their trash there so i don’t blame it on the workers. the place is very clean overall and it has a good atmosphere. i love the view you get to enjoy as you eat your food as well. sandpoint is a beautiful town and eating arbys and dozing off into the sunset with food all around me really boosts my seratonin levels. overall, this arbys is a hit. i recommend
