My sandwich was not edible because the amount of sauce the put all over the wrapper, it was so messy the bottom bun of the bread and sauce soaked into the wrapper.
Went back the next week they forgot to put but a drop of sauce and it didn't even make it all the way on the food. This place is a joke.
Went there today to order my usual, which is just a Ruben and curly fry
Which is in my opinion a fantastic sandwich but since they were out of it I had to get something else for once. I went with a smokehouse brisket instead with my curly fry. And to say the sandwich was fantastic is an understatement. The taste was tender and savory. That BBQ flavor goes all the way through the meat with a nice grilled texture surrounding such a flavor. And the fried onions compliment that smokey sensation of the brisket very well. And that's coming from someone who doesn't even like onions. All of those wonderous flavors all packed into a sandwich with near perfect buns and a smooth tangy cheese in the middle of the action. The smokehouse brisket was delectable. And the fact that's not even their best sandwich really, speaks volumes.
Drive Thru was packed during a weekday and the team had their stuff together and got everyone through really quickly. Order accuracy was on the money and the food was still hot.
Fast and staff was great very clean I was in and out in 5 minutes .best Arby's I've been to in ohio and whoever the guys name was that took my order was incredible I was there 2 hours ago whoever that young man is ..needs a raise people like him is 70% of the reason customers keep coming back to a certain business .my first time at that location and now it will be the only Arby's I go to . Best costumer service interaction I have had at any business .give him a raise for making people want to come back . I wish I had gotten his name . There's not many people his age being so professional .. any fast food owner would beg him to work at there restaurant . Pay him what he is worth .the 2 cooking the food. As well most friendliest staff
They seemed mad at wanting to come to counter so I can order .wanted Strawberry lemonade she wouldn't let me just put cups out and walked away. It was a time when they were dead and it was in morning. They were the rudest I've ever seen..
I went through the drive thru last night and ordered 2 chicken wraps. When I got them home and opened them, they were both ice cold to the touch as if they had just come out of a refrigerator.
Great food good service. Friendly staff
Says open till 10pm but every time I go after 830 they have all the lights off or I come to the drive through and am ignored.
