A very wonderful Arby's to eat at. The sweet gal taking our order was wonderful! Food came out hot, delicious, and fresh. This place is clean! You must absolutely stop in to this Arby's!!!
I sit & wait 15 minutes for my order just to get home & it be the regular onion bun & not a sesame bun like I requested (I said it twice through the drive through speaker, too). I drive back & ask for my sandwich to be made the way I asked & so they remade it, however all my sides were now cold but that’s fine I have a microwave. Until I finish my sides & open up my sandwich to find that it yet again was made incorrectly with an onion bun. I’m sorry but that’s honestly ridiculous. Also, if you don’t want to work at Arby’s don’t work there. If you do, you ought to know how to treat customers or take a class in customer service Instead of walking away from me before you’re even finished with your sentence practically rolling your eyes with your tone acting like your work is the bane of your existence. Or maybe just be a pleasant person if you’re going to work with the public. The two male workers on the other hand were wonderful.
The food was hot and served as expected but we waited 20 minutes for our food to be brought out. I checked the order receipt timestamp. This was in the drive thru on a Sunday evening. It wasn't busy.
I guess it's my fault since I came during lunch hour. The workers did mention to each other that "they were getting hit". We were also told that "someone will be with us shortly...or not". I am a bit confused why the service was so chaotic when there were AMPLE amount of workers on the back line, front line and drive-thru. Service was poor with lack of customer service. Took a long time to get ordered or our food. And, my order was wrong. Including the fact that my fries were half and half, which is not what I ordered.
I know Biden is still President and all, but the inflation at this location is jaw dropping. Prices for a family of four (including two kids) almost touched $60.
Went through the drive through. 20 minute experience. Nothing was fast.
Arby’s nationally is great. Pass on this location.
False advertising at its best. I was reeled in by the picture of a delicious double beef n cheddar, at the drive thru. Something told me to compare what I actually get.
I haven't been to Arby's in a couple years they had an offer 5 Arby's original sandwiches for 5 online offer only. I decided to give it a try. To my surprise the sandwiches had a normal amount of meat unlike my visit a few years a go which is why we stopped going. I will go back and give them another chance since hopefully they figured out customer's still want to Know Where's the MEAT ???? ????. Well done Arby's keep up the good meals and customer's will come back!
It's Arby's anniversary and they sorta made you think that their classic food selections would be like back in the day, but it wasn't explicitly stated and I should have known better. Everything was decent, especially the potato cakes, but my jamocha shake was creamy and lacking the strong jamocha flavor they used to have, and my Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich didn't even have Arby's regular sauce on it much less the original B&C sauce that was a little sweet, like Catalina or Russian dressing, which along with the onion bun was what made it so special. Still, the B&C meal is a pretty good price, and the service at this location was very good. Our Jalapeno Poppers were good, too. I just wish my favorite, the B&C sandwich, wasn't the shadow of its former self that it is now. Arby's corporate cost cutting is the death of great food, just like KFC's pathetic excuse for gravy has the Colonel rolling in his grave. ????
