Best WLM Reviews
I went here for lunch today for me and my dad and everything was going great I ordered my food but when I got to the drive thru window the young man that took my order I had coupons and he just sat them on the cashier counter and then charged my father's card. A young woman had to come to the window and help and she did the coupons and put the money back on my dad's card but apparently she only did one coupon. I have had no problems with this Arby's and I always stop here for lunch to get food without coupons but when people have coupons don't ignore them. I got home and my dad's sandwich wasn't even cut right, fries were cold, I never post a review but I won't be back to this location for a while. People need to stop being in a hurry and take time with each costumer. Thank you
Today October 1, 2024 I place my order of combo number 5 BBQ burger I love BBQ for you guys but I was completely impressed by the way the cashier [ LANARD]at charge was handling all the orders and the way of professionalism and dedication he was putting on every costumer, I worked on fast food service along time ago and I can sincerely say that this gentleman will seek great success managing and restaurant,
Okay Arby's...I'm very disappointed! Do you think that you are fooling anyone by downsizing your shakes? $5 for a large shake is great. But...I didn't get a large! I got a medium...maybe. Going to Cook Out to spend my money on a shake from now on
Have trucker parking and fuel at this location, but yet we can not order here! Drive thru only! Our trucks don't fit. Unless you in box truck and walk up like this guy! Also can't walk through either! You guys need a better solution for those who transport all your goods. All we ask is allow us to spend our money for a hot meal, not too much to ask...... WOW! Really !!!
Chicken bacon ranch load fries were delicious. Went to get them today and was told they stopped doing it yesterday, check the other Leland location. I checked their app and it was still on there so I went back in and said well it’s still on the app. Why would you get rid of that was the only thing actually good on the menu. So stupid. Everything else there sucks.
Great, consistent food. Arbys is a favorite place of mine.
The guy up front, Willie, is always a pleasure to talk to.
Horrible customer service, did not get what we ordered. Manager just ignored us standing right in front of her kept yelling at a sandwich maker to come take out order. But they were to busy to do orders.
Drive thru always moves very quickly with a friendly staff. Inside just reopened, so I have not gone in yet. Stopped today to try the new hushpuppy fish and my favorite peach lemonade.
