Passing through town and it was my first time here. Even though it was busy, within 7 minutes of getting out of my car, I was at a table eating my lunch. I even special ordered an item and it still came out really quick. The lady running the front counter was so nice and very quick and efficient. I noticed a lot of people were ringing the service bell at the front door on their way out so they had a great experience as well. Definitely have a great crew running the kitchen and front counter. Thanks so much for making my quick lunch break a great experience.
Great food and service every time. I really enjoy eating there roast beef sandwiches and apple turnovers. The ladies at the counter are always happy and ready to make our day as pleasant as possible. Very clean place and plenty of parking.
It's already expensive as is. Love the food but the rude service specifically on friday Oct 25 at 12:30pm was just another reason to not spend my money here. The staff acted as if it was an issue that I placed my order online and were very rude in their tone.
I asked for some extra arbys sauce packets and they once again with a rude tone treated it as if I asked them to give me the order for free. Do better. Food service is not the job for your rudeness. Customer Service was terrible. I do hope somebody is made aware of how unprofessional this place is being ran.
Food was hot and fresh. Order took less than 3 mins to get via drive through.
Very SLOW. I have been served better and faster in Fayetteville, NC. No one moves with a purpose or speed. I listen to customers ahead of me having to repeat themselves multiple times because employee cannot comprehend the order.
Started with a very unmotivated order taker. Then the condiment station looked like a trash container, even after the same order taker came out to refill the paper cups. The ketchup was out. The Coke Zero dispenser pours water all over your hand. The curly fries were undercooked and mushy.
On the plus side, the star, the roast beef was good, and the restaurant was clean.
How can anyone call this a business? They're closed more than they're open. Good open mean NOTHING! I've tried THREE times and found them closed when they're scheduled open. I'm writing this in the parking lot. It's almost 2 hours until they're SUPPOSED to close. But they aren't open... AGAIN
P.S. The owner replied and basically said call first. They aren't running a business. It's a poorly executed hobby, not a restaurant.
Food was great. I will admit that I've not eaten there I a while (and there is no reason for that, just haven't thought about Arby's), but I will going forward. I had the classic roast beef and added barbecue sayyo it....so good!
