I dropped by Arby's in Richfield on a snowy Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all smiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere that was much appreciated after a long day on the road. It's not often you find such friendly service, especially late in the evening.
The highlight of the meal was the Premium Nuggets - flavorful and cooked just right. Also, the wide selection of fountain drinks was a nice touch. It's these little things that make a meal memorable.
Overall, a great experience. It's refreshing to see a team that puts in the effort to make your visit enjoyable. Will stop by again on my travels. Hats off to the Arby's team in Richfield!
Only one person for drive thru, and only one person at the front, with a couple of employees cooking in the back, and this Arby’s is doing a good job of moving people (and cars) along. A sign at the cash register asks patrons to be patient due to small staff, and another sign urges folks to apply for employment.
Kristina was hustling, and when she took care of us, she was sweet and efficient. She even gave us the senior discount, which we forgot to request. Our Classic Meal and Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich came out quicker than expected. Husband was disappointed that they ran out of Arby’s sauce for his sandwich. I was pleased with mine. Looked and tasted great. Husband said his sandwich was dry, and it was okay.
I was tempted to give four stars, for lack of Arby’s sauce, but everything else was 5 stars.
I am on a road trip, and did a mobile order for a roast beef at 11:15 am. Got back on the road before taking a bite. Big mistake. In alllll of my years, I have never not finished a sandwich. I legit suspect that it was from yesterday, as it was extremely dry, rubbery, and had a bad taste. I took 3 cautious bites and couldn't do anymore. I really hope I don't get sick...
I called the number from Google to let them know how terrible it is so that no one else has to experience this, but it just goes to a recording that asks for a mailbox number. Awesome...
So I looked on here and it says they are open till 1am pull up at 10:20 and looks like everything is shut down. Drive through menu light was off plus the big Arby's lights were off. I was able to place and order though. The food took forever and I think it's because there was only one worker (the male kid) taking my order and making my food. There was 2 female workers that took some trash to the bin then sat out there and talked the whole time. Now leaving about 20 minutes later the lights are all back up on the signs. Food was nice and fresh though. The male employee was great I wish I caught his name.
I don't know if it was just a fluke or what but it looked like they were moping and wanting to close early.

Feel like turning this place into the health department young man on Wednesday was working the counter and the fries station not once did he change his gloves after he used them on the cash register then would pat your fries down with the same gloves after handling cash going to food poison someone I'm never coming back this place is nasty and filthy where was the manger no one watches the employees
If I could give zero stars I would. Another completely disappointing Arby's experience. This one was bad enough that I won't ever go back. We live in town and rarely try to get decent food there, but had to try the new rib sandwich. First: lg. chocolate shake, med jamocha shake. Got that wrong. Switched them. Med potato cake. Damn near black: inedible. Curly fries....wth is in there with them? The rib sandwich is okay. Dry from being out in portion cups, but, sort of edible. Oh, I forgot the mozzarella sticks. Dark and so overcooked that the cheese is hard. I worked at Arbys elsewhere for nearly a decade and would have been embarrassed to serve any piece of what I just paid $25 for. If you are traveling through, go anywhere else.
Ordered a sandwich. Got to the window and paid. The server asked if I wanted sauce, and I said yes, extra. She snipped "next time ask at the first cause I have to charge you for that much". I said "I'm happy to pay", and she firmly closed the window and stormed off.
I won't be back.
The young man who helped us at the counter was incredibly kind. As Nice and pleasant as can be. I just can't say enough good things about him. Food was great, service was great. I'd love if all fast food workers were like him. Itv says Skylar in the receipt, young, had a few tattoos on his arms. Please tell him what a great job he did. There's no customer service anymore, anywhere. But there is at the Richfield Arbys!!
