I usually don't have a problem with this location but this time I bought 4 sandwiches and the meat was red. Like mushy red as if it wasn't cooked properly. I'm sure it will be a while before we decide to try this place again.
This location struggles with staffing issues.
Came by on Halloween night, lengthy wait at the drive through and I had to repeat my order several times. My sandwich was still forgotten. My order was not repeated back to me.
When I got to the window I only saw one worker the entire time I waited (which was another 5 minutes).
The worker seemed wayy too overworked and it was causing him to be sloppy.
Shame on management. It is a holiday. Schedule enough workers!
This is a large curly fries. Only filled 2/3 with mostly broken small pieces. What a joke!

This location used to be quick and efficient but has been going downhill for quite a while now. Drive through time is way too slow, and food is wrong &/or cold. Just spent 20 minutes in line for a cold and wrong sandwich with cold fries. It's happening way too often now.
Ordered online and paid around 7 pm last night, got here around 7:30 to pick my food up that I already paid for, got told as they are handing food to drive threw and customers at the counter there orders, I was informed that I would have to wait another 40 minutes for my order that I already paid for at 7. I ordered online so my food would ready when I got there. Never again will I personally spend my money at this store. I will drive to stadium drive before I come back to this store.
This is hands down the worst experience I've have had at Arby's. The guy working the drive through was rude half assed listened to the order. Then when I got to the window to paid I asked him again. Did you get the order right a half lb roast beef, two classic beef and cheddars and a large curly. Dude looked me in the eyes said yes and handed me back my card. I get home with my food and the half lb was a beef and cheddar. Look I understand not liking your job but if your not going to at least try just quit.
Me & me wife ordered delivery. The food was great. Everything was made as specified. If you need something quick & reasonable price, I highly recommend it.
I am a door dash driver. I picked up to deliver. Customer service was good. Check out is a little crowded. I had to wait on my oder but not 6 long.
