There’s always something with this Arby’s whether it’s understaffed or ok service it’s always something! Tonight I went through the drive thru and placed my order but forgot about a shake. I tried to add it to my order and got told to pull back around and get back in line kicker is this sign WAS ON THE WINDOW! I understand that this location has a staffing issue and 2 cars is considered “swamped” for this location but come on something that take a grand total of 5 minutes from adding it to the order and making it I get told to get back in line RIDICULOUS.
This is a young crew that really understands customer service. I ordered the wrong sandwich at the drive thru, so when I got to the window I asked if I could change my order. They changed out my order without any issues and the food was really great.
If you hit this drive thru and they tell you no roast beef will be ready for 30 minutes you should drive away because likely NOTHING will be right about your order. My food is posed on my plate because it came home ICE cold. Even less than a mile from the restaurant I do not expect piping hot. I certainly don't think anyone should expect ice cold. Avoid this restaurant. My only option for this to be fixed was to drive back there. Not happy. Cooking my own dinner with their food. An expensive dinner. I will not be buying again. Zero stars are too many. We will not be returning to this Arby's when others nearby are so much better.
Traveling this week, stopped here for lunch, went inside @ 1:00pm. Fastest fast food ever. It was so fast, she wasn’t finished ringing the order up and the food was already on the counter. Accurate. Friendly. Clean tables and restrooms. Outstanding.
Well this location has several issues.
1st. Its very over priced and only cares about its profits!
2. They reduce the size and quanity of food and dribks.
3. Ordered a large strawberry lemonade and they gave me a medium size cup and charged over $3. when i complained the young kids working drive just said welcome to arbys corporate greed center!!
4. They have changed their food over the years and it no longer tast good, back in the 80's and early 90's the food has a much better flavor and the bread tasted fresher, today the food has a bad after taste and the bread taste old and tough.
Food was good - solid Arby's. Counter service was professional, dining area was clean, and restroom was spotless.
But they do appear to be understaffed - the Drive-Thru moved at a crawl, and even the counter service and food was slow.
Oh, and the ketchup pump was out.
Arby's is Arby's. Food quality and taste is how it has been for decades. I was thinking how the mail that I had has remain the same since childhood. This restaurant is extremely clean with very friendly service. Let's give these folks a great big thumbs up.
Me and my coworker got food poisoning only thing we ate all day we were fine until after eating at this location
