I didn't go into Arby's. I went to Love's, which is connected to Arby's. Rating on Love's. The bathroom was clean and fresh. I got some ready to make nachos added peppers very good. The cashier was very polite.

Without a doubt, this was the most efficiently run Arby’s in the land. From being greeted the second you walk in, to the young lady at the counter telling the crew how many people walked in for them to get ready to make meals, to taking the order, and the tray is ready before we get done filling up our drink cups, Wow! That is the standard other fast food restaurants should aspire to. 5 out of 5 stars.
Around 11:05 pm Thursday night, my boyfriend and I pulled up to Arby’s and there were 2 employees outside, one male & one female, smoking a cigarette and talking together. When my boyfriend went inside to order, he was told that they were in the middle of shift change and it would be at least 30 minutes before they could serve us. I sat in the car while my boyfriend went nextdoor to Loves and I watched 3 more customers go in and get turned around for I’m guessing the same thing. I’ve worked at multiple restaurants and have never heard of anything like this. Hopefully best case scenario, the staff members were just being lazy and not wanting to take orders because this definitely is not a good look for a business.
I ordered the gyro at lunchtime when it was busy—I had to tell the person 3 times to hold the onions, cause she was holding the tomatoes instead. The meat in the gyro was soo pale—like it was old, had little or no flavor. The wrap was warm, soft & had enough ingredients, but disappointed because, the meat was not up to speed—I don’t think it had any lamb in it & certainly had no spices or flavor like it was soaked in water. Fairly good customer service, but people are not ordering it enough to have it fresh & good.
The woman at the register was accurate and efficient in taking our order. The food was fresh and tasted good. The area was clean.
Special ordered my sandwich and they made it exactly like I asked. Fries were fresh and sandwich was delicious. Chicken Bacon Swiss with extra honey mustard and jalapenos on both buns.
I had previously rated this location as a regular Arby's and by all accounts it really is but honestly I've been here a number of times very late night and they are always friendly and have always gotten my order right and my food is always fresh they have never let me down which unfortunately is very rare in fast food these days this location is really reliable and trustworthy and friendly even for the late hours they truly earn every start of this five start rating and honestly I'm ashamed to not have said this sooner.....
