An item was accidentally left out during a door dash order. It happens everywhere, not the end of the world. When I returned with the missing item, I found this note.
Some restaurants would dismiss a customer as soon as they hear 'door dash'. But nope, this team went above and beyond and touched my heart. It wasn't even about the additional items...a handwritten note is most sincere communication.
Whoever was running the evening shift on Sunday, November 3rd is a genuinely good person.

Cold. Cold roast beef and cold fries. It's really hard to return it when you do the drive thru and are on the road when you find out everything is cold. I've gotten my food cold when I done in before but at least then I can have them do something about it
Great roast beef sandwiches. This store location is fairly new and still in very nice condition. It has a comfortable lobby and clean bathrooms. Only real issue I had was the slowness in getting my order but that could also just be a one time thing. Give them a try.
This location is hit and miss. Some days the food is excellent (quality, presentation, proportions, taste, etc). Other days I feel like the they droopped my food on the floor, picked up the good pieces, put it back together, and gave it to me. The picutres attached are my recent visit. I got the 2 Beef n Cheddars for $5 and they both showed up like this with LESS THAN half the roast beef I expected and the curly fries were sparse to say the least. It was a small size fries, but only getting like 7 fries is rediculous. The only reason I don't give them a 1 star is because this happens about once every 3 times. And now I just check before going home when I do take out to make sure the sandwich is acceptable.
The food was good and the service was great! I really going there when we visit Kirksville, you can’t go wrong with a quick bite there.
I came here tonight not knowing what to expect. I have Celiac, and it's really hard in this town to explain to people that I can't have Wheat, Rye, or Barley and them get what I order right. FACT!! Isaac and his team tonight (10.6.24:8:30 pm) were great. They asked lots of questions GOT IT RIGHT and didn't treat me rudely for needing it made specially. Thank you, Arbys, for being accommodating and very nice!!!!
The food was good, the service was fast. The employees I saw didn't seem to want to be there.
Overall a good Arby’s. Like most places they are struggling with being understaffed so you’ll have a wait. It’s worth it, though!
