I appreciated the food was served hot and very good. But this is the third time I've been here and they mess up my order. It's ALWAYS WRONG! I ordered the special with the beef and cheddar with the extra meat. I ordered curly fries and got the crinkle cut style. I ordered a diet Dr. Pepper and got regular coke. It want that hard. The guy at the window never smiled or said thank you. No manners at all. It's not that hard really to give a little customer service. Your dealing with public. The food was served good, they way it should be. But 3X's I've gotten a wrong order? It's not that difficult. Really? It was a simple order. Not a happy camper in Englewood. ☹️
If Zero was possible everything was a Zero ... Ordered and payed online ... 3 meals ... Only had 2 drinks when I showed up ... Woman at the counter instead of listening and looking closer just argued with me ... 2nd Woman stepped in to tell 1st woman I was right and just tossed a cup at me to fill myself. Then almost had an argument with 1st Woman over sauces that I was told were in the bottom of the bag. They were but I wasn't sure till I got home. Food was just ok. Burgers were tough fries were cold. Arby's has no place in the burger market. Stick to your lane Roast Beef. I will never step foot in this Arby's again and I would not recommend the burgers.
Workers kept saying "oh my God" over the speaker as I placed the order for my family of 5! Had me pull up to wait for order but never gave me straws for the drinks then got upset when I asked for straws. Literally all food except the chicken nuggets were ice cold after waiting 5 minutes for "fresh chicken and fries" ????. They did not even count how many nuggets they put in each container. Paid for two 9 piece nuggets. I was given a 7 piece and an 8 piece... pictures are a "large" and "medium" lemonade.
My husband and I went today and last weekend, and both times, the food, service and atmosphere were outstanding! It's so nice to have reliably excellent food in this area.
They gave me curly fries instead of crinkle cut. Maybe if they weren't eating on the front line and were paying more attention to what's going on. No napkins or Arby's sauce. This was at 4:15 pm on Sunday September 22.
Cold food and slow service. If the drive-thru guy cared more about service than how long until he's off work, maybe people would have a better experience at this location.
Make sure if you order no buns on your sandwiches that you check them before you leave. Several ingredients were missing off both of my sandwiches even though I just ordered no bun. Apparently they forget how to make sandwiches when the bun is taken off.
Terrible food and terrible service. They forgot my sandwich and gave me old fries with no Arby’s sauce. If there was another Arby’s nearby, I would drive there. The manager must really lack competence to allow this kind of service to happen.
