Order the new pumpkin pie turnover its not cooked all the way . Very disappointed... Forgot to mention a manager was in the back making food while her and a customer was screaming back and forth at each other. They pulled me around I had to go inside and get my order . I won't be eating here again. The owner really should look into this store
I was disappointed their customer service skills were not up to par. They refused to honor a promotion that other stores in the area were having. I explained I was a loyal customer and had about 8 people to feed. I had also driven for 12 hrs that day. They wouldn't budge. I ended up driving 17 miles to another Arby's. How much would they have actually lost by honoring the promotion? Instead of losing several dollars, they've lost me and my big, fat, fast-food loving family and our money.
6 employees standing outside restaurant talking and cutting up. Did not feel welcomed at all. Order 6 count chicken nuggets and got 4, no sweet tea but plenty of fellowship time. Wonder why the place is empty!!! Oh BTW over cooked roast beef sandwich. Arby's I live in Bartow and visit you store regularly however you have issue that will need to be fixed before I return.
I had not been to Arby's in a long time. Great menu choices and was very clean. I'll definitely go again!
Service and food were good, but condiment area, dining room and ladies room were extremely dirty. No toilet tissue in ladies room and hand soap dispenser was broke.
Not too bad. Haven't been here in a while. We were the only people here and had to wait longer than usual for the order. But no big deal. Not everything in life is fast anymore right?
Food was good and place was clean but this worker needs a uniform etiquette lesson. She did her job and was friendly, but the pants hanging down was a put off and disrespectful. Just because you see belt doesn't mean that they have it tightened. This was on purpose.
The vanilla milkshake tasted and seemed like they had just put soft serve ice cream in a cup with cream on top and gave it to me which wasn't horrible but it's not a milkshake. The chocolate milkshake what's good The food was good. Am I personal opinion everyone should get the recipe for cheddar and dip it put Arby's sauce on the sandwich and then dip said sandwich into the bronco Berry sauce which most people don't even know exist.
